Unfortunately not all are as well behaved as your dog and that is why we do not allow them in lounge & restaurant. Also we have other guests that have allergy and or fear of dogs. I have passed on your comments to our housekeeping team as it would appear that we have not lived up to our normal high standards on this occasion.
