The location is a short walk into the main area of Inverness. Robert was a great host and the breakfast options were very good. I would highly recommend this place for a stay in Inverness

Beautiful room far enough away from main street to be quiet, but close enough to walk. Lovely hosts with adorable dog Milo. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful spot in Inverness
Rose and Rob were wonderful hosts. The room was so comfy. We loved the location, so close to the downtown and to lovely walks, bur in a charming residential area. Breakfast was delicious, and Rob gave us excellent recommendations for dinner, both in Inverness and for our subsequent stop in Edinburgh. We hope to come back soon.

Ruth and Robert were great hosts. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The house was immaculately clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. They also serve a very good breakfast. Excellent hosts all round.

2 nights in Inverness
Only superlatives for this B&B. From the friendliness of the owners, to the comfort of the beds ( best on our trip to date) and the excellent breakfast at the start of the day. Located an easy walk from the train or bus station,(be prepared, there are some steps to navigate) ....about 15 minutes. Nearby places to eat. Bonus of a very comfortable guest lounge...and a friendly little terrier. Highly recommended.

Sehr schönes Zimmer mit Dusche. Netter Empfang durch die Besitzer Ruth und Robert. Sehr gutes und reichliches Frühstück, ruhige Lage in der Nähe des Castle, zum Bahnhof ist es auch nicht weit.

We voelden ons hier echt welkom. Ook aan alle details was gedacht. Ondanks de kleine kamer toch zeer tevreden. Het centrum van de stad was verrassend dichtbij.

We stayed at 8 lodgings during our 2 week Scotland trip, and each place was wonderful. Rossmount Guest House however, was our favorite. First class all the way. Impeccably clean. Robert and Ruth are kind, accommodating, and helpful!

Robert and Ruth, are very gracious hosts. After a long day of travel, they personally greeted and welcomed us at their door. They went out of their way to accommodate us and gave us good tips on navigating Inverness. Breakfast was delicious and our room nicely decorated and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Plezierig en comfortabel
Het guesthouse ligt in een woonwijk. Parkeren kan achter het pand waarna je de bagage langs het pand naar binnen kan brengen. Het huis is 150 jaar oud en monumentaal. Robert is een heel vriendelijke, plezierige en behulpzame gastheer en zette ons een heerlijk ontbijt voor. De kamer was licht, ruim, en comfortabel en goed voorzien van alle gemakken. We hebben hier een heel fijne tijd gehad.

Robert and Ruth made us feel very welcome in their home. Breakfast was superb with plenty of choice and the cooked breakfast was anazing. Lots of different drinks in our very comfortable ensuite room. Short walk from the high street, sights of Inverness and the beautiful Lochness Islands

I am so glad we stayed at Rossmount B&B. I didn't see many pictures or anything so i wasn't sure. The owners were super nice, the room was a good size and had tall ceilings. The breakfast was super good. I would stay here again!

A great place….easy walk to restaurants (Hootenanny and MacGregors), bus and train station. We stayed 4 nights… the room was outstanding and the hosts spot on with service and advice. We will stay again.

When we arrived it was explained to me where to park the car at the back of the BnB. After looking at me all confused he rode with me to show me how to get back to their private parking space. The breakfast is excellent with the meal cooked to order. The fruit salad is very good and should not be missed. Cold cereal, yogurt with juices. The owners could not be more helpful and if back in Sterling we will definitely stay here

Ruth and Robert are a delight. And their dog Milo is a sweetie. The breakfast is simple but she makes a great fried egg. Super convenient to the town center. Great shower and comfy beds. I would highly recommend staying here if you can

Ruth and Robert are fantastic hosts. Very friendly, informative and knowledgeable about Inverness and the surroundings. Our room was perfect with a very nice attached bath and an amazing shower. Wonderful breakfast options served by Robert who always had a smile and a joke to brighten the day. It is located in a quiet neighborhood but a 10 minute wash walk to the center of the city. Convenient to the train station and restaurants. Would definitely go back.
