I booked my stay through expedia and they said I had a king room but there were 3 of us and I booked 2 queen beds, The staff said they would have to speak to a manager because they were all booked for the night. I had my printed off reservation sheet so when the staff member came back I gave him my sheet. He went back to a manager and said that they would have to move things around but we are getting the 2 queen bed room for the 3 of us, they said expedia made the mistake while booking but I don't believe that because my print off from expedia was correct.

Great place to stay if you want a nice quiet room to catch up on some rest the only negative thing I have to say about this place is the strong odor of cigarettes smoke in the casino. We aren’t smokers.

Nobody was keeping the casino clean cigarettes butts all over machines and floors did not see anyone cleaning machines at all after they were used

The property was nice, the hotel and casino very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside was parking. To get from the parking lot to the hotel there were a lot of stairs to drag your luggage.

We had no map of the property… the layout is confusing. If there is one… grand entrance you’d never know it. You’d think there we be specific parking for people stay in the hotel portion… if there is that’s not labeled either. No spa services do to lack of staffing

Room was clean, bed comfortable. Pillows could have been better, but weren't too bad. Hotel staff were very pleasant. Comedy show was fun, had a good time. Chairs at the comedy show weren't the greatest. Overall, had a great time.

Nice hotel and casino
I liked the way the resort is set up with the casino in the middle and the restaurants around it, like a circle within a circle. This is important because then families with children can still visit the restaurants. And this is an adults-only casino resort! MGM and Caesars and Penn Gaming need to think about their properties - only some have restaurants outside the casino and the others have none. Makes it extremely difficult to use comps to eat on property when you bring your children along. Room was nice, spacious, clean, and comfortable. AC could be stronger, but it was sufficient. Very nice casino. No Players Club desk. Had to go to the cage. Another thing I noticed is that the restaurants on property had very decent prices compared to other casino properties. We ate all our meals on property. We did not require housekeeping, but the one time we called to get more supplies, the response was super fast. Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, CT is MUCH bigger and MUCH nicer, but this Mohegan is decent.
