Thank you for your valued feedback. I'm sorry your stay did not meet expectations. Currently, our hot tub is open. It just opened up 2 days ago. Additionally, you had called the hotel for the first time just after booking, which was around 8pm the day of arrival, and spoke directly with me. You had mentioned you would be arriving around 9:30pm for your 1 night stay and I made a note of it since your reservation had not yet integrated with our desk computers. You did not ask anything else of me besides to make a note of your arrival time. If you had indicated on the phone that you sole purpose of booking our hotel was the hot tub, I would have brought our hot tub closure to your attention and offered cancellation.

Hi Thomas,I explained how hotel collect reservations are handled and checked in, even after your wife came into the lobby dropping the F-word towards me I allowed you and your family to stay at our hotel and not call the police to have you trespassed after we agreed that if there were any more outbursts that I would have you removed from the property. I even offered to cancel the reservation with no fees which was declined. Thank you for your understanding, I hope you have a wonderful day.
