Floors were dirty, spiderwebs everywhere, smell of mold in the entire apartment, tv is tiny and EXTREMELY limited channels available. If anyone is planning to sleep on the couch, I’d highly advise against it as it is very uncomfortable and full of crumbs. Entire place needs some serious cleaning.

When I arrived there the room smelled so bad. The room smelled like a dirty old sock from the 80’s that had been left. The furniture was from the 80’s as well I’m sure of it. It was dirty! The kitchen had no ice, had bad biker coffee. Offered the cheapest of the cheap soap and shampoo and body soap. The whole place was less than STANDARD. I will never ever ever ever stay there again! The guy was rude when I called for directions and then when I arrived at the office clearly lost he was yelling at me for not following directions ! Disgusting attitude! Never again!

Great proximity. Right in the heart of pikes place. Friendly staff. Place could've been cleaner. Bathroom was dirty, thick dust everywhere, fans,co rner of floors. Other then that a great experience overall.

I've stayed at other Ginosi apartments before and have been very pleased. This one was very very disappointing, I would never stay in this particular one again. The floors had dirt on them when we got there, obviously hadn't been swept thoroughly before we arrived. The bathroom does not have a fan, only a window, so there's very little ventiliation. The bathtub had a large area where the paint was chipping off. Overall, this place was not worth the money that was paid to stay there.

This is a very cute apartment in a quiet neighborhood. It has a living area, fully equipped kitchen with dining table, bedroom, bathroom and closets. It was clean and comfortable and within walking distance of some restaurants and grocery stores. (Tup Tim Thai is right around the corner and it's delicious. We ate there twice!) Uber and Lyft rides to major attractions like the Space Needle and Pike Place Market were less than $10. The furnishings are from Ikea and everything feels simple and modern. I didn't have a car so parking wasn't an issue. We were there in July, so it got pretty warm and stuffy in the apartment and there's no air conditioning. If you are used to coming back after a day of sightseeing and feeling cool air when you open the door, you won't get that here, at least not in the summertime. A simple fan would have helped a LOT. We were on the first floor and sleeping with the windows open made me nervous. Another thing that made me nervous was all the personal/payment information they "required" for confirmation. (if you book this and get a confirmation from Expedia--and then get emails from Ginosi asking for more information, I recommend calling them before sending anything) There was no extra toilet paper and we had an issue with our television. I emailed Ginosi and someone came right away to help us--so there is someone on the property-you just don't see them. Overall, my daughter and I really did enjoy our stay here and would book it again.

Great Price and Location
I stayed at Ginosi for an entire week. I like how it is very clean and located very close to the Pike Market. Everything was nice except you have to pay for parking for $30 per day. I found a nice place to park around the block so I didn't have to pay for parking fee. The value for the price is great though so I don't mind staying at Ginosi again.

Perfect location in nice area
First time to Seattle and it was so great I extended my stay 2 extra days. The location is in a upscale historic area walking distance to many wonderful restaurants, bars, and stores. Only downfall is parking, which if you don’t pay $20 extra per day then it’s a hassle to find parking if you have rented vehicle. We had to park blocks away and walk back

My code to get into the door didn't work initially. Customer service was extremely quick in getting someone to come out and remedy the situation. The bed was comfortably. The apartment was far better than staying in a regular hotel. I got a full size living room, a full kitchen, it was great!

住宿环境好、安静、干净，交通也便利，有32、DLin公交车可以直接到市中心逛街，在派克市场站下，可以找至到1912年开的第一家星巴克咖啡店。住宿附近不远有超市，方便购物回来自己煮，厨房设备齐全，还有烤箱可以烤批萨。

Don't waste your time or money - BAD NEWS
Nasty! Shower didn't drain and black hairy sludge backs up into the tub while you try to shower. Couldn't walk barefoot on the floors without having stuff stick to them. Sheets look like they weren't washed, just bed was made. No parking whatsoever. The space in the unit is good but sparsely furnished and not cozy. Minimal accomdations. Tiny set of hotel size shampoo and condtioner for a unit that sleeps six? Equivalent to a youth hostel at best at 10 times the price.

Clean and comfortable. Very well located.
The apartment is well located next to restaurants, shops and transportation. It is exceptionally clean and has all the amenities you need. Check in was easy and there was good communication with the management company throughout my stay. The only con is that the walls are very thin and you can hear the neighbours conversations, the apartment above desperately need to lay down rugs as you can hear loud footsteps - they seem to be awake at all hours and wear very heavy shoes! Overall it was a lovely place and I would recommend it.

Overall the stay was below average, it was nice to be in a place close to the local attractions; but the bed was extremely uncomfortable and the washroom had no fan and the steam made the fire alarm go off, everyday we were there. We made the most of it but needless to say we were not very impressed.

Liked it.
It is a small apartment vs a hotel room. Separate kitchen, dining area, living room, and bedroom. The bed was quite comfortable. I didn't get to use the kitchen as I was only there for a couple of days and out most of the time. The living room has a nice couch and chair. But it had no lights. No overhead, lamps, or anything. I had to use the dining area overhead light to have any illumination in the living area. The bathroom of the unit I was in was clean but had some damage. The toilet paper holder was barely attached to the wall. And the toilet itself felt like it wasn't nicely secured to the floor (it rocked). These units are in a building with full time residents. I saw a couple of them, and they were nice and friendly. No Seattle freeze. My one complaint is whoever lived upstairs came home at 4:30am and made a lot of noise for about an hour. It is an older, wood construction building so I heard it all. The area is residential. You'll be walking a few blocks up to Queen Anne Ave where the restaurants are. Overall, it was a good place to stay.

Worst service I've ever had
I showed up at the hotel after a 12 hour drive to find out there is no lobby so after walking around for 15 minutes I see there's a number on a door I call it tell them I'm here but they tell me To check my email and I should have the password to my room check my email no password call again explain the situation they hung up on me called again and it just rang and no one picked up I had to sleep in my car because 1 i was to exhausted to drive and I essentially about to go spend 400 dollars on one night next day after I didn't get any email I get charged even tho I didn't stay in the room I sent them a email and they refunded it but overall this is not a relatable hotel I would recommend for anyone not to stay here if you are trying to have a smooth vacation or just a check in WORST HOTEL EVER!

Great location! Outside of the busy city centre but close enough walk to everything. Bit expensive for what you get but there really isn't anything else cheaper. Great if you want to make your own meals since there is a full kitchen!

Spacious, clean apartment
After reading some of the reviews we were a little worried about our stay here, however, we really loved the space. Three very spacious, clean and comfortable bedrooms and a very large living, dining and kitchen area. The location was great, both near the water and some restaurants and bars, Seattle centre was also walkable. As there are three bedrooms, a second bathroom would have been a bonus. We would certainly return to this apartment.

Went to this because no other affordable locations
Went for a 2 day business trip to Seattle. Needed a comfortable room (hotel or Airbnb). Pro & Cons for Ginosi : - Pros : customer service easy to reach; Good area, a few dinner options, can do grocery and cook at home... after washing all dishes; - Cons : Payment was complicated (company based in Armenia), apartment smells bad, dirty, seemed like a 5 minute clean, dishes were not clean. Overall bad experience

Parking is a hassle
The hotel is great just like how I wanted. The stay was pleasant except for parking. You have to pay $30/day to park on the premise or you have to find your own parking which may be far from the premise since it's downtown area. And you know parking in downtown Seattle is quite a pain in the butts. Besides parking, everything else is great.

The area was great. No problems or issues with finding the place. Parking was tough but manageable. Room was very clean and cosy. Very quiet. Wish there were more than 10 channels on the cable but we still had a great time. We would stay again.

Ridiculous cleaning charge.
The Ginosi was nice enough but we were charged a ridiculous amount for a cleaning fee. We thought we had found a decent place at a reasonable charge only to find out once we had committed that the cleaning fee was 160.00 for a one night stay. NO cancellations once we found out the charge! There are many hotels in Seattle, Find one that doesn't scam you on the cleaning fee!!

Watch out, when you scroll down to book there is another $160 charge for this room. Also was charged 2x for the room; once through hotels.com and again through the property company. My $55 room cost $270.

Some issues.
The door code I was given for entry did not work, and I was forced to call the international line while standing in the pouring rain. The representative and I tried about half a dozen different codes before we found one that worked. It was a minor inconvenience. The second issue was the lack of parking - there were no unassigned spaces and I was forced to park 8 blocks away, again in the pouring rain. There was not even a temporary spot for removing items from my vehicle. The room itself was clean and in decent shape. My issue with the room was the neighbors above. Every word was audible and the TV was incredibly loud. They did not turn it off until after 5am, and there were multiple warnings in the room to not complain or contact other residents in any way, which left me high and dry for avenues to improve my quality and quantity of sleep. I left the room at 7am, with less than an hour of true sleep. I'm inclined to give this place another chance, in part because of cost, and in part because I believe it is a model that can work. But clearly there are some bugs to work out.

OK place to stay.
It was close to the space needle and and area. Very good bus route access. Good access to multiple restaurants. Not a good place to try to park a vehicle. Too hot in warm weather but cooled off if all the windows can be opened in the evening but on the ground floor don't think it's safe to keep the window open for the night. Kitchenette appeared complete but we did not have time to use it. Bedding for the futon was not complete. I stayed with my daughter and because there were 2 people staying in the room they assumed we would be sleeping in the same bed. It took them 3 days to supply us with a second comforter.

Clean and modern inside.
Very happy with the room once we could find the details for the checkin which I had some difficulty finding from the Expedia app and the emails provided. After a quick call we were enjoying the room straight away. 15 minute walk to the main attractions. Parking is impossible on the streets surrounding this hotel. NO PARKING AVAILABLE!!

We were very disappointed in this rental. The whole place was dirty (unclean sheets, dirty countertops and floors, musty smell), there is a bright light outside one of the bedroom that the blinds can't stop, and noise traveled throughout the complex. Not to mention the smoke detector that began giving us the low power beep at 3am (safety concern). Street parking is available but limited. We regret our stay.

The toilet seat was only half attached, there were no extra towels or trash bags, on the info slip inside the apartment we were informed of a guest laundry room with payable machines that we could use but when we went to use them the door was locked. We called to ask why it was locked and they said we don't have access to those machines. If we don't have access DONT ADVERTISE THAT WE DO! The dishes that were provided were ok but the only bowls we had were very shallow salad type bowls. On a comfort side there were no fans so when the apartment was 80 and humid we just had to sweat it out. Overall this apartment was way too much for terrible accommodations. I would not recommend.

We were very unimpressed with this hotel/apt. We chose to stay in an apt so that we can cook and relax in the apt. However, this apt was not stocked for people to stay and relax in or cook in. The kitchen did not have a microwave or dishwasher or anything for you to wash your dishes with. The refrigerator door was broken we arrived so we could not use the refrigerator. (the landlord knew about this because a repairman came on our last morning there to fix it). There were only a few dishes and a few pans to cook with but nothing like salt, pepper, oil or condiments to cook or eat with. The room was advertised as for 4 people. However we were charged an additional fee every day for having our 2 children with us. (even though we are only a family of 4) The sofabed designed for the 2 people barely fit my 2 children. We were only given 1 set of sheets and 1 blanket to use. Plus, we were only given 2 towels for the 4 of us to use for 3 days. The bedroom did not have a clock or a tv. It just had an empty closet with no hangers and a bed and small dresser. Plus there is no where to park near the hotel and the apt building has very noisy neighbors.

My wife and I booked this. When we got to Seattle the address given and the name of the building weren't the same. We called the "company" to figure out where to go to talk to management or something in the building. We just got a receptionist that couldn't speak good English and who just ignored my repeated question of, if there was management or someone in Seattle we can talk to about where to go to sign in but instead they keep asking for the credit card number over and over again. My wife and I didn't feel comfortable dealing with this people so we cancelled and went somewhere else.

When we arrived, we found that there was a party of 3 people already in the room we reserved. I called the customer service team and they were as surprised as we were that someone had already used the access code to enter the room. They suggested a second room and once we got into it, it was clear that the room had not been cleaned. That was disappointing because it looked like a lovely space with nice amenities. The people in the room abruptly left the room saying they were going somewhere else, which was highly suspicious. It's still unclear as to whether this was a double booking or the party in the room hacked the system to enter. We were able to book at another property a few blocks away and our room refund was handled promptly, which I appreciate. The customer service team did not want us to stay in the original room if indeed there may have been a security breach. Again, I appreciate their concern for us. Now, I hope to get a full explanation of the situation and how Ginosi plans to improve the check in system and room servicing issues that we experienced.

Had just a one night stay for my 1 year anniversary. Perfect if you are wanting to stay in the area of the Space Needle! Only a 15 minute walk

Highly recomending
I stay for a week. It was very pleasant experience. Only issue it is on ground level so it is not possible to left windows open when you are out so air can smell strange when you enter first time

No es un hotel, son departamentos de corta duración. La zona tranquila, nadie te molesta. Estas como en casa.
