Unfortunately the delay in shuttles was in large part due to traffic conditions and we were running back to back shuttles with the flight delays and cancellations. Thank you Lernie for taking the time to wright a review, we are sorry to hear that you didn't like some of the amenity's add on's, to break it down, Simply suites does not have breakfast in the hotel but our sister property Select does, so because of the difference in hotels it is 9.99 per person, if you were to stay at select it is a 17.99 resort fee which includes the breakfast. As goes for the parking it is listed on all our websites, for 10 per night. We are sorry that your stay wasn't 100% but we hope we can make it right the next time!Thank you and have a wonderful day
