Do NOT book a King Bed at this hotel if you have limited mobility. There is no elevator on site and ALL King size beds are on the 2nd floor, when we checked in and this was brought to our attention all the bottom floor rooms had already been booked. My poor husband waiting for hip surgery had to hobble up and down stairs, I’ll be more mindful to look for this restriction next time I book

Really nice variety of breakfast foods. No elevator which made it difficult for me since by the time we got to the hotel my grandkids were sleeping and that meant i had to carry each of them, and lugguge up a flight of stairs in middle of night.

Nice place to stay with clean and spacious room. We had bonus breakfast. Reception was warm and welcoming. Check in process was breeze. Only caveat was that breakfast lounge was small and was really crowded in the morning. Area itself was secluded so felt like bit unsafe. But, overall excellent experience with our stay and will greatly recommend it for anyone looking to stay in that area.

After a long day!
We had a really good day but tiring. It was good to know that we had a room reserved at Best Western Cottonwood Inn. We slept really well. The shower was outstanding with plenty of water pressure and good shower head.

Felt the accommodation was over priced. Could hear people walking about in room above us. Very basic motel style hotel not worth the price we paid.

Short drive to Verde Canyon Railroad. Downtown loaded with stores and restaurant. Buffet breakfast excellent. Good choice for us.

Our door would not work with the key card. We had do get help everytime we wanted to get in. Shower had very low water pressure. Breafast ended at 9 even on the day after Thanksgiving with lots of guest

Quick and easy check in. Parking close to room. Nice size king room, with patio and comfortable bed, linens. Clean room. Breakfast was standard fare. Staff was polite. Area was quite, walkable to food. Would stay again.

Completely Unexpected
From the parking area covered with giant solar collectors to the veggie frittata breakfast, we were wowed from beginning to end. What I expected was a standard room with adjoining units, above, beside and below, but what we received was a casita with a private rear courtyard and only one wall shared! Granted, most units are not like this, but I did not expect this for the price. Looking forward to staying again!
