Orchards Inn is located at a great location: convenient to everywhere yet still quite. The view of our room is amazing. Staff were friendly and professional. Would definitely stay here again :)

Not worth the money. Location is the best as you can walk to Uptown but that was it. At first floor, there's no fire place or private patio. And it's a standing shower so if you have young kids or babies, it'll be hassle to wash them. The front desk wasn't that nice or professional either. It said "$25 nightly Amenity Fee includes a one-day Red Rock trail pass" but I wasn't offered any when I checked in. We spent $$$ and regret booking this hotel. I know that Sedona is the most expensive real estate in Arizona but there's no amenity whatsoever and don't think it's worth the money. I would stay at other hotels in my next trip to Sedona.

The view at this property is the most incredible view I have ever seen, and every single room gets to experience this. That is what I love most about this property. The only thing that could have made it better was to have an actual breakfast nook to eat on like a table on the balcony rather than the wicker chairs they offer with a short table which is not comfortable to actually eat on the balcony. Oh we absolutely hated the pillows they feel like feather downs pillows which lay very flat and are horrible uncomfortably. All 3 in my family always woke up with neck pains. The mattresses are very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again since it’s so centrally located to easy strolls to shop and dine.

Very friendly staff. Accommodations were excellent. Love the balcony and fireplace. Great location for shopping and restaurants. Park in the lot and walk to everything. Nice and quiet at night. Would definitely return.

In info on hotel, it DID NOT state that there was no elevator. As we advance in age it is more difficult to schlep our luggage up and down stairs. It is an older property but fairly well maintained. We obviously paid for the AMAZING view. Beds & linens above average. Very walkable.

The people that worked there were great!!! The place was really old, very thin walls!!! We went out to the patio and it was on a slant so uncomfortable sitting out there looking over the edge. There is a bunch of garbage all over on the ground. My biggest complaint is Expedia saying that this was the best price that I got over $450 a night. I check in and then I had to pay another $40 for Expedia which I didn’t know about we stayed February 13 and left on the 14th. I know we got ripped off so I checked to see if we wanted to stay another night on the 14th through the 15th. I went to the hotels website and I could’ve gotten the same hotel room for $210 on Valentine’s Day I will never use Expedia again .

The view was great, the toilet was very small like for a child, hard for us being elderly to get up, and no hand rails, the television kept going out and we needed to call three different times to have them fix it.

Several things happened that made this booking a difficult event. I am actually going to call Orbitz today to ask for a refund. -we had an EV cart rental, we were told they had access to charging stations, they don’t, that was a huge issue that changed our whole stay -when we finally got back, the heater didn’t work -they moved us -that room’s tv didn’t work, sink clogged We want a full refund or credit for 2 nights.

The area the hotel is at was so convenient and within walking distant from many retail shops and restaurants. The hotel was very quiet during our stay with great views of the red rocks. The staff were also very friendly, from front desk to the cleaning staff. Everyone was very friendly and happy.

Staff was so incredibly accommodating and helpful and did it with smiles and enthusiasm. Talked to 3 different people at the desk and all were equally helpful. Room was awesome fireplace was a additional treat, The property mexican restaurant was fantastic, And this was all for a business trip. Wonderful spot.

This place was a hidden gem. Everyrhing about here was phenomenal. Towels were huge, keurig machine in room, view from our bed was amazing. The staff was beyond frendly as well. I would stay here in a heart beat again. Thank you for the wonderful memories!!

Facility needs to be upgraded. toilets are too low. Microwave added, lights should be regulated on the walls, one did not work. Water should be included instead of thermos. Should offer one free meal with restaurant if staying more than one night.

Mediocre hotel with awesome view
Check in was fine. Average hotel with a great view. If you want an amazing view this is the place. The beds weren't comfortable. They were noisy when you rolled over. The carpet in our room was fraying where the seam met the tile. Tile wasn’t very clean but the bathroom was clean. There is grab and go breakfast which is convenient. There are muffins, packaged oatmeal, granola bars, dried cranberries and raisins. Hot tea with cappuccino machine which includes hot cocoa is a nice touch. Convenient location next to shops and restaurants is a plus. Disappointed when I asked the gentleman working the reception desk for more hot water for my tea. He told me I could get more water outside, around the corner and down the steps. He was talking with a co-worker, not busy with hotel guests. This didn’t seem like good service. Good parking. Gas fireplace in room which is a nice touch in winter. We were here January 2024. Again if you want a guaranteed view, this is the place. But a so-so hotel.
