The property is appealing in appearance from the outside. I would suggest getting one of the lamps for each room that has outlets for charging e-readers, cell phones, etc. It wasn't easy finding a place to plug in my CPAP machine which must be by the bed. I also have a hearing aid charger. A couple might have even more. There are a number of men staying here from a paving company. They have gotten a bit loud, but are not likely to do that later.

Very loud, 3am - 7am to include tv and stomping. Unit 202 seemed to be the problem. Management responded to our 1st complaint at 3am - but not sure if they followed up because nothing changed. May have been better if we were on the 2nd floor. Will not stay at the super 8 again.

We weren't able to make it because we broke down and were physically unable to make it. We call ed the property let them know what was going on well before check in time, and we still got charged . No one is doing anything about it Expedia is the worst

When we got there the pool and hot tub had water in it, but we’re not working. We did not stay there, because that was what we selected as for filters (pool/hot tub) on our search for hotels, and that’s what was advertised. We didn’t check-in and was told we needed to speak with Expedia for a refund. We drove all the way back to Phoenix in the dark.

The property was decent, given the level that it is. Apparently, I’m a bit out of touch concerning current hotel rates and, not long ago, I would have thought the rooms we booked would have been about 40 percent lower than what we paid. When I quoted decent as the quality of the rooms, I was purely referring to the cleanliness of the rooms. The overall quality of the fixtures and amenities, (i.e. the mini fridge, the small microwave, the TV and the bathroom fixtures were very basic and at a level that I would expect to be consistent with a lower priced hotel. Overall, it was clean but nothing fancy.

Watch out for non-refundable bargains.
I accidentally booked a week stay over New Years. I cancelled only to be reminded about the non-refundable deal. You or the hotel kept my $633. To future travelers, watch for this kind of deal. No mercy offered.

Everything in this place was overused, from the coffee maker to towels, carpet, lights, chairs, table, blankets, and sheets. We were driving to Sedona and were very tired, and it was late at night, so we didn't have any other choice. Most of the hotels were booked or overpriced, so we decided to stay at Super 8. I liked the neighborhood.

There was an exposed electric outlet beside the bed - the ceiling over the bathtub was peeling and moldy , the bath fan sounded like a jet engine . No dining - only coffee - and the urn was empty . the fence around the parking lot was falling down . We had to ask the front desk to get the T.V. to work TWICE

We had three rooms that we had booked. In none of the three rooms the showers worked. Also in all the rooms there was a weird smell. There were very little blankets available.

It was very noisy, you could hear the next door guest very clearly. Could not sleep at night due to noise. Breakfast was advertised as part of the booking - NO BREAKFAST!!!! VERY BAD EXPEIENCE.

Dissapointing and run down roach room
I was put in an upper end unit behind the stairs/wall. I could not look out and see my car in lot. I asked about the running hot tub out front and was told it was closed for the winter. The room felt musty and running the AC only helped some. There was a rickety table and chairs sitting right in front of window that were too big for the little space beside bed and couldnt hold my backpack without it sliding off. The lamps were not plugged into the walls directly but had sketchy extension cords layed across tables that if moved, turned off. I tried to just watch some TV and fall asleep after checking the bed thouroughly for bed bugs but as soon as I laid down, a roach crawled up wall behind TV. Smashed him and saw another so I couldnt sleep all night wondering if one would crawl on me in bed.

Poor quality furniture and equipment. Air conditioner was not working so moved to another room. The next room had horrible smoke smell and bad furniture. Not worth the price. Staff was very nice though. Would not recommend
