All the staff were pleasant but special nods to the very helpful gent in reception who remembered all our names and the one in the restaurant for his wine advice. Had a very pleasant stay.

Rip off hotel in Sedrun
I found this hotel to be nothing -That Special-. And the breakfast was possibly only just above "Basic" for a swiss hotel. My booking claimed room with "Mountain View" but the room I was allocated didn"t in fact have that. My booking also claimed "AIR Conditioning" but could see no evidence of that in the room. At the point of selecting a room on hotels.com it states clearly "Today's Price Including Taxes and Fees" Then when you confirm your booking with hotels.com it states: "Including Taxes" Then the actual booking paper says "Total to be charged by the hotel in their local currency" HOWEVER, when you check out this hotel addes 4CHF per person per night claiming this tax is NOT included in the booked price. which clearly contradicts all the previous 3 assurances given. Would I stay in this hotel again ? For the price I paid and what I got...NO

This was good hotel in a stunning alp location.
This was beautifully clean hotel in a stunning alp location, with shops and restaurants not far away. The room was not elaborate, but clean and functional with an excellent shower! There was an superbly equipped children's play room and a pool table available too. The breakfast and the evening food was very good, as was the service and atmosphere of the restaurant. The restaurant food and wine was extremely expensive by UK standards though! The hosts were very friendly and helpful - providing information on free cable car trips located nearby. Overall a great stay.

Nydeligt hotel med god beliggenhed
Hurtig, venlig og imødekommende indtjekning. Dejligt rummeligt og meget rent værelse. Hyggelig atmosfære i restauranten som de lokale også benytter. Fik en lækker aftensmad med god betjening. Hotellet ligger perfekt, hvis man har planer om at køre i passene, Furka og Grimsel.

Gute Infrastruktur, Angenehme und ruhige Zimmer. Billardtisch Kinderspiel-Zimmer. Gutes Essen und angenehme Atmosphäre im Restaurant. Sicherlich eine der besten Adressen in Sedrun!

Super hôtel!
La dame à la réception est un peu froide mais tout le reste etait parfait. Très bel hôtel, confortable et très bon déjeuner. Je recommande.

Kurzer Aufenthalt
Ein gemütliches Hotel im Zentrum von Sedrun. Das Frühstück Buffet ist reichhaltig und gut präsentiert. Es wäre wünschenswert, wenn man die Matratzen etwas härter ausgewählt hätte. Gratis Parkplatz ist neben dem Hotel vorhanden.

Bel hôtel bien situé et personnel très accueillant
Nous avions une jolie chambre, spacieuse avec vue sur les montagnes. terrasse très agréable. Belle salle de restaurant où nous avons très bien mangé . Les cordons bleus et le poisson étaient délicieux ainsi que la crème catalane. Service et personnel très attentionnés. Séjour très agréable dans une très belle région, on y retournera.

Müde von einer Bergtour angekommen - freundliches Personal - feines Nachtessen und reichhaltiges Früstückbuffet - sauberes ruhiges Zimmer. Alles tip top.

Nettes Hotel mit tollem Restaurant. Dagegen gibt es für das Frühstück nur 1*. Die Zimmer sind sauber, an der Einrichtung wurde kräftig gespart (billiges Mobiliar). Schade ist, dass auch kleinste Extraleistungen in Rechnung gestellt werden. So kostet zum Beispiel das Auffüllen des Kaffeesets im Zimmer mit Instantpulver 6 Franken. Das ist doch sehr kleinlich und hinterlässt einen fahlen Nachgeschmack nach Geiz.

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und kompetent. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Morgenbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen, es war sehr gut, schön angerichtet. Schade, Das Spielei wurde zusätzlich belastet.

A real Gem to Relax and Dine in the Swiss Alps
La Cruna is a very well kept small hotel. The restaurant is excellent and the service is very friendly. Great to relax is the spa area with sauna and steam bath. Everything is very clean and everybody is very friendly. The pool table invites to hang out in the evenings. During the summer you can sit outside for all meals and also to hang out and unwind. You can go hiking up the mountains directly from the Hotel, no need to take a car. For bicyclists (road and mountainbike) you have plenty of opportunity to go riding directly from the hotel as well. The restaurant is top notch!
