Staff really kind and supportive. Problems lies in the room. Flushing out of order, so always water was coming, so very noisy and wasteful. There was no light curtain, only thick ones the room has, which is dirrerent from other rooms which have two tier curtains.

저렴하지만 편안한 숙박
비행기 일정이 연장되어 급하게 현지에서 추가한 숙소였습니다. 일단 스미냑 위치가 매우 좋구요 맛집 모텔 멕시콜라 바로 옆집이라 더 좋았습니다. 근처 스미냑 스퀘어부터 볼거리 놀거리 빵빵한 동네라 위치상으로는 최상이 아닌가 싶습니다. 다만 호텔은 약간 노후하였고 신식호텔을 선호하시는 분들에게는 비추입니다. 없는 것 없이 다 갖추었고 미니 수영장이나 룸다이닝 서비스등도 나쁘지 않았습니다 전반적으로 크게 문제없이 가격대비 실속있는 편입니다. 스텝을은 모두 친절하고, 숙박하는 동안 즐거웠습니다. 다만 시설이 한국 중급 모텔정도 느낌입니다. 화장실도 약간 오래된 느낌이 납니다. (사용하는데에는 문제가 없었음) 샤워기가 천장에 고정형밖에 없어서 조금 불편했습니다. 위치가 주는 매리트가 큰 숙소였습니다.

하수구 냄새가 조금 나긴 헸지만 전반적으로 가격대비 만족입니다.
비치도 가깝고 세미냥 쇼핑 거리와 포테이토 해드 등등 주변에 유명하고 좋은 레스토랑이 많아서 위치대비 가격은 만족입니다. 아침부페는 가격대비 좋구요. 호텔 직원도 다 너무 친절하고 서비스 좋습니다. 수영장은 너무 좁고 물이 너무 차가워서 수영하기는 힘들구요. 방에서 하수구 냄새가 나서 방을 바꿔달라고 했더니 바로 더 넓고 좋은 방으로 업그레이드 해줬습니다. 새로운 방에서도 하수구 냄새가 조금 나긴 했지만 제가 많이 예민한 스타일이 아니라 전체적으로 가격대비 만족 했습니다. 다른 발리 호텔들을 가보지 못해서 다른곳과 비교는 못하겠네요.

후기 보고 정했는데 후기만큼 위치가 좋지 않아 오토바이 렌트해야 편한 위치에요. 객실이 작아서 답답한건 참겠는데 화장실 배수구 냄새 심해요.

Service is amazing. So helpful. Water is not hot enough though—i like it scalding hot. Great pool view, great pool. Comfortable and amazing location.

This property is definitely not a 4*. More like 2/3* at best. Amazing location, everything you need within 5 minute walk but about the hotel… wifi is horrendous, shower was broken and sprayed the whole bathroom making it a flash flood every time you showered. Our room didn’t get cleaned a couple days even though we asked and put the sign on the door, rooms are not soundproof one bit can hear everything and anything from outside. Overall location is 10/10 but hotel is no where near a 4*, the place needs an update and there’s nothing special about it one bit, no amazing staff qualities, nothing stood out just a average 2* hotel.

The building was being repainted. The painters were causing old paint flakes to fall into the pool. It was unusable. After speaking with the front desk the painters put a tarp over the pool which helped with their clean up but still made the pool unusable until the evening. Also, the room smelled heavily of mold and mildew.

Rapport qualité-prix correct dans l'ensemble. WIFI Très faible , Équipement moyen, ex cafetière qui ne fonctionne pas , Déjeuner Très ordinaires café exécrable , devrait plutôt charger mais donner une prestation meilleure. Car les clients se fient à la qualité du Déjeuner pour décider si ils vont souper ou dîner à l'hôtel, cela donne une mauvaise impression, Voila c'est mon opinion, car l'hotel a les attributs pour se classer plus haut .

The first room we stayed in smelt badly of raw sewage so our sleep wasn’t great. We were moved into another room. Doonas in both rooms (when cover removed) had significant blood stains on it. The mattresses also had significant stains from people’s body fluids. The night club was also very noisy so wouldn’t recommend if you wanted a peaceful night sleep. Every day we had to ask for clean cups and glasses.

Horrendous! Avoid at all costs
The pictures are incredibly misleading. The hotel is in awful condition, the room I was in shouldn’t have been sold: bathroom and shower were covered in water deposits to the point of water going in directions it shouldn’t, the wallpaper was peeling/ coming off the wall and the room ceiling was covered in black mould. When the AC was off, smell of sewage was coming into the room: I have never stayed in a more horrible place in my life!

The hotel is situated about 7 minutes' walk to Seminyak Square and about 5 minutes walk from Petitenger Beach. The downside is that its next door to a night club and the noise goes on until around 2am, not just the music but the constant horns from cars snd mopeds as well as people shouting.

Very cold rooms with little sun on pool area.
Was freezing in room as fan needs to constantly be on otherwise whole room is soaked due to humidity!! Very strange and unusual. I complained and they gave me another room on other side of hotel where it had humidifiers in corridor. Something very strange about the design of hotel, when 1 half is too wet and other side is too dry? Pool very cold and small. Only gets sun for 2 hours in morning. I didn't enjoy the busy very loud area with lots of scooters and constant hassle of buying stuff, scooter rides. It is next to a night club, I have ear plugs so didn't hear, but best to be warned. Breakfast was good and catered for different tastes. Staff very nice

Very friendly & polite staff, simple but decent breakfast, brilliant location just a few minutes walk from both the beach & several different types of restaurants. Looking at other reviews, some do mention that the hotel is next to a club/restaurant, though this was nothing that I noticed personally throughout the week I stayed. The reason I don’t rate it 10/10 was due to water leaking out of the roof in my room one day, and that I did not get all amenities refilled alongside the cleaning every day but all in all, I would still stay again with the pros & value gained for its pricing.
