Sorry your stay with us was not what you hoped, I am unsure of this smell that you are mentioning. We are gone through the room that you were in and can not smell any bad odors. We have been getting a lot of rain lately which seems to bring a smell down the hill from behind the motel but is never as bad as you are describing.

We are very sorry for the accedent that your husband had. There was a lot of rain that day and we just had put in the new cement pad near the walk way to the office. Sense then we have put down skid slabs to prevent any future insidents. We are working on takling care of you coverages at the hospital. We do hope things are better for you and hope you choose to stay with us again.

I am sorry you did not enjoy your stay. The maid admitted that when she did the room prior to your stay the people only had used one of the beds. The other bed still had the sheets tucked so they did not check it. I am glad we were able to take care of the problem immediately when you brought it to our attention. All maids are now instructed to check all beds even if they appear to not be used. I thank you for letting us know and we have made apropriate changes.No one had ever said anything about the hot and cold water in that room. People don't read the sign above the shower valve and try turning it to turn the water on instead of pulling the knob. When people try forcing the knob they can actually change the splines in the valve and it reserves it. We also took care of this problem.Thank you for your review

Thank you for your review. I am not aware of any odor in any of the room. No one reported to us staff members of there being an odor. We would have definitely checked into it for the happiness of our guest. I am glad that you were very satisfied with your stay and we have been working hard at updating our rooms and decor and we will continue to do so. We do hope you come stay with us again.

I am sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us. I am unsure on why you said that the beds were like sleeping on a bean bag. All our mattresses are fairly new and do not have plastic on them. We do hope in the future you are able to find a place to your liking.

I am sorry you did not enjoy your stay. We take reviews very seriously to help improve our customers stay with us, but your review is not very factual. There are no springs in the mattress in the room you stayed in. It was a firm foam mattress. After this comment it is really hard to even address the rest of it.I hope you find something to your liking in the future.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry that you did not completely enjoy your stay with us. We have had a lot of rain this year which is causing a lot of moisture and is cause the musty smell. Unfortunately we can not control the weather. We do our best making sure all of our rooms are clean and smell clean.

I am truly sorry that you did not enjoy your stay with us. I am unsure why you stay that there was a sewer smell in your bathroom. We have not had any issues with this in the past and this is the first time I am hearing from a guest about a odor. As far as our office goes we keep our office well cleaned and things organized, I am unsure to why you say that is was in a disarray. As far as the smell in the office our facility is smoke free but I have notice as guest come and go that some times the odor from them smoking prior to arrival carries with them, but we try to keep the office smelling fresh.. As to our breakfast our motel does not offer a breakfast but yes in the morning we like to have a little something for our guest to enjoy so provide coffee, hot tea, and packaged pastries. Maybe if your were looking for a breakfast with your stay you may have wanted to book at our Manor house which does include a hot breakfast daily. I really hope that you can try and come back again and try our manor house. It us a pleasant place to stay and relax with all the amenities.

Thank you for your review. Not sure why the was not working great? It is usually excellent. Your suggestion about USB Ports is a very good one. I will be looking to add this feature in the future.We offer a whole lot of amenities. Much more than the two star rating we have. Please come back and stay with us again.

These are very frustrating reviews for us. Giving a low grade with no explanation? We are so concerned with customer satisfaction. No direct communication with the customer and no comments on the grade. I guess the only thing I can say is I am sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us.

I'm sorry you did not get the proper service while you stayed. I am hoping that you choose to come back. We have gone over the proper way to clean a room when guest stay. I can assure this will not happen again. I hope the rest of your stay was a pleasant one.

Thank you for your review. Our continental breakfast is coffee and pastries. That is a basic continental breakfast. And for there ad saying that there was only one room left available we did have other guest there and we had other rooms available. It was just the type of room that you booked there was only one left. All our rooms are different. And for the price of the room, you should always try and book direct. It would have been cheaper, other company's do charge a commission on top of our actual price.
