Most beautiful, clean and unique beachfront resort in Lombok. We stayed at several other "high end" resorts in Lombok and this was the best. Tropical ambience, lush green environment all around, cool chill vibes, great food, exceptionally friendly staff. The beach itself isnt that great (black sand) but it was relativley clean at least compared tomother beaches nearby.

Really beautiful hotel with amazing staff! The location is perfect for a relaxing and calm vacation. The staff is super friendly and helpful, extra shoutout to Dini (really hope I got her name right) who is something extra with a fantastic energy and positive vibe. Great food, very nice breakfast and nice wines. Way more beautiful and relaxing than other similar hotels in the area. A home away from home, would love to stay here again!

This place is perfect. The room was beautiful and the most amazing view over the ocean. Gorgeous large, lush grounds and a spectacular infinity pool looking over the sea. The restaurant was great, lots of choices and excellent food. The staff make the whole experience so special. They are so friendly and welcoming and go so far above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect.

Wir haben hier drei Nächte verbracht. Die Anlage ist wirklich wunderschön. Die Mitarbeiter sind wahnsinnig freundlich und zuvorkommend. Mittags gibt es für eine Stunde lang Kaffee, Tee, Wasser, Kuchen und Obst umsonst. Das Abendessen hat immer sehr gut geschmeckt. Hier bekommt man vorab sogar Brot und Butter, der Stuhl wird einem zurechtgerückt und die Serviette wird einem auf den Schoß gelegt. Zum Frühstück kann man aus der Karte bestellen - hier gibt es wahnsinnig leckere Bananen-Schoko-Pancakes!! Die Zimmer sind allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen und eventuell renovierungsbedürftig, die Bettwäsche hat unangenehm gerochen. Da wir uns aber alleine wegen der schönen Anlage eh nur zum Schlafen im Zimmer aufgehalten hatten, war dies nicht ganz so tragisch. Wir können das Hotel zur Erholung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Das ist das einzige Hotel in Indonesien das wir 2mal besucht haben. Es liegt direkt am Meer. Die Bungalows sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sehr sauber und wunderschön. Das Hotel lebt von seinem Personal. Sehr freundlich aufmerksam und liebevoll kümmert man sich dort um die Gäste. Definitiv zu empfehlen. Das Essen ist auch super.

何よりも風景が最高です。部屋の前、プールサイド、食堂、どこからも最高の景色で、のんびりするのに最高です。 施設自体も新しくはありませんがWiFiはどこに いてもよく繋がります。唯一シャワーの水圧が弱々しいです。 ホテル周辺は何もないです。向いのホテルで一度夕食を食べましたが、そちらはかなり安いです。お酒はないですが持込みOKです。スンギギの中心地まではGrabで車を呼んで50Kルピア以下ですので、ホテルの食事に飽きたらスンギギに行くのが良いと思います。 昔はタクシーに乗ると、メーターを使ってとかお釣りがないとか色々面倒でしたがGrabはカード決済です。日本から訪れる方は是非GrabとWhatsAppをインストールしておくととても便利です。

This was my 4th stay at Jeeva Klui and the true beauty of this place can not be described in words, other than OUTSTANDING!! The staff are so friendly and make you feel like you have returned home, especially Dhedy!! I look foward to returning again one day.

We stayed here 10 years ago and had the best experience, so we came back with the highest expectations and we’re not disappointed! The staff is just the friendliest and the most helpful, the food is the best we had in both Bali and Lombok. The view from the resort onto Agung in Bali and the sunset are just wonderful. We came in high season when the resort was fully booked but at no point did it feel too crowded. We will come again

If I could give over 5 stars for the staff I would, they were absolutely wonderful and made the experience far better than it would have been individually. Special mentions for Ken, Dini, and Komeng for being especially great.

We enjoyed our 6 night stay at Jeeva Klui. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was delicious, the rooms were spacious with outdoor shower, and the beach at the front was good for snorkelling. Watching the sunset each evening was a treat. I would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful resort right on the beach. Lovely facilities, includes a spa, library and restaurant. Does need a bit of a spruce up as it looks worn but still lovely and incredibly spacious. Unfortunately what let this resort down is the staff. Not attentive, not helpful, had to ask multiple times for basic things I.e tea and the afternoon tea, umbrellas, water. Long waits for requests as well despite chasing it up. Breakfast was disappointing. Lacked flavour and only one hash brown and half a tomato. Not a breakfast buffet which I would’ve preferred as their a la Carey menu is no different to what you would find from a breakfast buffet

Det skønneste sted. Vi havde booket 3 nætter, men forlængede flere gange - det her er stedet, du ikke vil hjem fra. ALT er godt - beliggenheden med den smukkeste udsigt og solnedgang. Personalet - smilende og imødekommende på en afslappet og naturlig måde. Aber på stranden og havskildpadder på strandbredden, hvis du står meget tidligt op. Atmosfæren er så varm og afslappende. Vi blev opgraderet til havudsigt, boede på 1. sal. Skønneste værelse med stor balkon. Morgenmaden er helt i særklasse. Du kan få lige hvad du ønsker og lige så meget af det indtil kl. 11. Derudover er afternoon-tea fra kl. 15-16 inkluderet i prisen med frugt og lokale kager og kaffe og the (både varme og kolde), som du ønsker det. Jeg er glutenintolerant og de lavede særligt mad til mig - også til afternoon tea. Deres mad er i det hele taget super god til fornuftige priser. Vi lejede cykler, gode mountainbikes til 25 kr. pr. dag. Gratis yoga med udsigt over havet tirsdag og torsdag morgen med en super instruktør. Vi er vilde med stedet - og stadig forundret over så meget vi fik med i prisen, som i forvejen var yderst fornuftig. Vi kan ikke anbefale det nok.

Superbe! On a prolongé de 2 nuits tellement c'était beau. La vue sur l'océan de la chambre, la plage parfaite et quasi privée tellement nous sommes peu nombreux, le petit-déjeuner extra et varié (enfin de vrais espresso!), la piscine donnant sur la mer dans un cadre romantique de jour comme de nuit. Seul bémol : parfois des relents d'égouts qui planent (un problème de canalisation ?).

Gorgeous property, welcoming staff who all go above and beyond, beautiful beach, had a great massage in the spa.....the property does need a refurb but all in all I didn't mind it too much. I'd stay here again as it's just so beautiful.

Property needs a major upgrade!
The room that was given to us was way in the corner. It was gloomy and dirty. We requested the room change. The new room was OK but it still had rotten smell in it. I am not sure whether there were bed bugs or what but it kept bothering both of us and couldn't sleep because of that. I think the property has a great view but it needs a major upgrade.

Location is beautiful, with perfect access to a lovely beach. The rooms are spacious and done well, with natural touches, including an outdoor shower. Appreciated the eco-friendly efforts, such as refillable glass bottles of water. I would give it five stars if it weren't for the staff, who I found a little rude. And small things wrong, like a troublesome door lock and stains on apolstry.

We will be back!
The perfect getaway from the stress of work. It takes just over an hour to get here from the island's airport. But arranging for The resort to pick up is easy and very reasonable. The resort is quiet with beautiful beachfront. White sand, good waves, great breezes. The resort has a lovely infinity pool (plus other pools for adults only) and a thatched covered outdoor dining area among other spaces. They offer an afternoon tea and breakfast as a complimentary service. The restaurant has enough variety to keep you interested for several days, but you also can grab a taxi into Senggigi if you want to experience the town and nightlife. The hotel can help arrange trips to Gili, scuba diving, boat rides, you name it. Service is excellent. Daily room cleaning and while you are at dinner, they do a turndown service. They are happy to bring you your meals to your villa so you can enjoy them as you watch the ocean on your own patio. They have a broad range of spa services and a small, minimally equipped workout space. If you go, get the ocean view villa. The ones on the lower level have a private outdoor shower off the bathroom. Fancier rooms have their own plunge pool, but the infinity pool is so amazing, it is hard not to imagine ending up there, especially resting against the edge while you watch the sunset over the water. This is a small (34 or so rooms) and very personable resort. Service is friendly, attentive and just what you would hope for.

We enjoyed staying at the villa with family. It is located just in front of beautiful beach where you can swim and see beautiful sunset. Good for relaxing holiday for couple and family.

We had a wonderful stay at Jeeva Klui. We stayed for 5 nights and felt completely at home by the lovely staff. We had a wasp nest in our room which we discovered on the second night and they immediately upgraded us to a room with a private pool which was absolutely incredible. We couldn’t fault the food and ended up eating in the restaurant every evening as it was so good, each of the staff welcoming us each morning & evening by our names and were so attentive. The infinity pool overlooking the ocean is beautiful, especially when the sun sets. We would definitely return to Jeeva Klui and can not recommend a stay here enough!

Beautiful spot but faded glory. Sadly it seems that upkeep and staff training need some work. The hotel was in the most amazing position but rooms in need of refurb. Staff lovely but service incredibly slow and often inaccurate.

Beautiful resort ....
Wonderful resort. Quiet with beautiful beach front views. Fantastic place for sunset views. Pool was clean and great. Staff was top notch with grear service. Always smiling and eager to serve. Special call out to Windri at restaurant and also amaze with one of resort garden cleaning staff who found my cap and promptly return. Location a little out from amenities but overall was a great escape.
