Make sure you double check the address as there is another K-Gueshouse Premium that I first went to. I love this location close to shops and bus stops and near the N Seoul Tower. My single room was excellent for one night! It was quiet with a nice private bathroon that had very hot water. My only complaint was my sheet had a stain on it, but since I was only there for one night I didn't bother changing it. The breakfast was excellent. Toast, eggs, cereal and juice. I would stay here again because the room was very private and quiet.

Convenient location near metro station
Nice place, everything is located nearby, the staff are very nice and helpful! They offer also continental breakfast, although the variety is not that much, I enjoyed my stay in this place! Is a quite and clean place, I would definitely recommend this place to my friends!

5 to 10 minutes walk from Dongdaemun History & Culture Park Station. Convenience store downstairs. Staff are helpful. Simple breakfast is provided. Rooms are quite clean.

Hotel staff was amazing, gave you everything you needed but there was a very strong sewage smell that reeked in our room that made it unbearable. Would not stay there again for that reason but location was perfect.

Convenience for transportation as this guesthouse is within walking distance to 3 subway lines. Liquid soap and shampoo are provided. The room had not been cleaned once during 3 night stay. Very thin wall. Power outage at 8am, we left the room around 10 and the power had not come back and we don't know when it came back because we were out all day.

Very noisy from the street traffic.
The room is not as nice as photos. It was very run down. Mold in bathroom. Sink drainage is nor properly work. When turn the water faucet at the sink , be prepare to get wet as the water leak back up at the bottom! The noise from the street was really bad.

Only 1 room blackout, provide qr code to add but never accept, finally get to contact by adding another account pasted in the receiption. Room a bit small. Overall still okay.

Good but not really good. In terms of their room. Especially the bed sheet and towel. They have a make up room button but when we push the button and return to the guesthouse after our trip, it still not clean. No response from the owner.

Great place to stay
K guesthouse is conveniently located close to subway station and a bus stop direct to Incheon airport. Very helpful staff and very comfortable bed and clean room. Had a great stay and will definitely book again on my next trip to Seoul.

I was told since my room was an 'Economy room' , it had torn sheet and pillowcase and no refrigerator. I had stayed at this hotel before and it was pleasant.

Pros: near subway, very good heating,bright and considerably clean,bed was soft and cosy. Cons: lacked of towels, toilet papers even upon request. Triple room was really small, hair dryer wire insulation was torn and so do not dare to use. Laundry is not easily accessible as you would have to trouble the receptionist to do it for you.

The room and bathroom were very clean with comfortable bed and TV (cable channel) Good Wi-Fi connection in each rooms The breakfast were breads, jam, cereal, milk, and orange juice The location is good, close to Dongdaemun, Myeongdong, and Insadong by subway or walk if you want The last, when I checked out I got a souvenir!

The guesthouse was really neat and clean, comfortable to stay at, easy to locate and it's at Seoul's one of the known areas (Dongdaemun). John and Lee were very approachable, helpful and accommodating. It is so much worth its price! Thank you so much and will definitely come back with my friends.

Good location, near subway, near 7 Eleven , near fruits shop, near bus stop to airport. There was a female staff during that time helped us, she's very friendly, cheerful, helpful and fun. Sue is a star!

Affordable and clean, located very close to the metro station and 30 minutes walk from the city center (Lotte hotel). Everything you need in a very small space - including a hairdryer, shampoo&shower gel and a tiny towel. A modest breakfast (cereal and coffee) but you get hot water and make your own ramen anytime you want!

Best guesthouse! Enjoyed every minute of my stay..
Very good location near Dongdaemun design Plaza, Gwanjang market etc. Room is small but very clean and comfortable! It's very quiet and I would stay there again for sure.

The bathroom/toilet is very small, you will make the restroom all wet after taking a bath, but the water is divereted to the drainage pretty quick. Room size is rather small but doesn't feel very cramped, It got everything you need for the stay, eg blow dryer, tv, fridge, air con. The staff is very helpful and speaks very good english. Overall, would recommend this hostel if you are on a budget, It is within walking distance to Dongdameng shopping area

Guest house is near to train station - Dongdaemun History & Culture Station - Exit 7 All walking distance to a lot of market places; eg Bangsan Market, Gwangjiang Market,Gyeongdong Market etc. A lot of small eateries, cafes etc. The rooms is a bit too small. If you do not mind small rooms without walking space, & the wall is not sound proof, it is ok to stay.

I and my sister was arrived to the guesthouse at around 10.30am as we are taking midnight flight to Seoul. The guesthouse manager - Mr. John was very kind to offer early check in for free of charge. He noticed that we are tired after night flight. After we had checked in to the room, he make 2 cups of hot citron tea for us to drink and we are really surprised of his warm service. He also guide us how to access to subway station from guest house with the nearest exits as guesthouse located between 2 subway line. recommend some place of interest in Seoul to us.

Worth to stay ~!!!
Good location near 7eleven, GS 25, Chicken 1970, GwangJang market with 5 min walk, Dongdaemun History and Culture Park Station... This is the good choice for low budget. Well, the room is kindly small, but is quite clean... Airport Shuttle bus is just opposite K-guesthouse. Room is very clean with attached bathroom and staff is helpful can speak very good English. I will stay here again if ever go back Seoul.

First, we'd like to thank john the manager for being so very kind and accomodating. We arrived late at night and he patiently waited for us. He also speaks good english which is a plus and he was very informative. The place is newly built so everything was perfect. The rooms are clean and the bed is very nice.. Toiletries are provided and breakfast is delicious. The place is also close to popular shopping malls, restaurants, and subways. its all in walking distance.. we'd definitely stay here again.

The location is great! Right across the airport bus station, so no hustle dragging the luggage from/to airport. The receptionist (Soo) is a a friendly lady. Very value for money. . Tips: Please remember if Dongdaemun H&CP is a big subway station, we keep getting lost and got out at the wrong exit due the lacks of sign. If you can't find the exit 7, just walk straight at the underground road to euljiro-5 and go out at exit 8. So definitely recommended ! The place is not easy to find if you just give the taxi drive the address. The best way is to show the map offered in the booking site to the driver. Then it is very easy to be found.

A budget friendly paradise.. Very Clean, Good Pric
Great location! Everything is brand new. The guesthouse was extremely clean, the design is trendy and all appliances/electronics are very modern. The bed was soft and very comfortable. One of the most comfy beds I've slept in at a hostel. Super good deal for the price!

I took a bus (6001) at Incheon Airport and approached to the final destination of Dongdaemun (Bayton Hotel). Since K-guesthouse Dongdaemun was located in front of Bayton Hotel, it was really easy for me to find the K-Guesthouse.

Nice guesthouse in a great location
The guesthouse is in a good location close to the subway. The room was small but the beds were very comfortable and everything looked clean and in good condition.

Surprisingly good location (seemed in the middle of nowhere because everything was closed on that street, but located close to a lively area with many stores, bars and restaurants. Beds were comfy. The walls were very dirty though. There were footprints, handprints and shoe prints on the walls at the end of the bed, as though the wall was never cleaned. So that was a bit gross but otherwise everything else was clean. Rooftop was closed for renovations which was a bit disappointing but whatever, not a deal breaker. Overall okay place.

Budget Hotel in Dongdaemun
This hotel is suitable for ppl who just want to have a bed to sleep, a bathroom to shower. I booked double room and it was super small. We can't even open our big luggage on the floor. Need to adjust the space only manage to open 1 luggagae 1 time. Frontliner can speak good English and friendly. There is no daily housekeeping as this is just a guest house. They only clean the room every 3 nights if you are long stay guest. Breakfast is simple, toast, butter, strawberry jam and cereal. If you are early, you can have egg and fried it yourself on firsr come first serve basic. So dont expect luxury breakie. Location wise, need to walk about 10 miniute to reach Gwanjang Market, Doota mall area and 5 minute to dongdaemun history cultural park station. Wear a pair of good shoe and do expect to walk a lot when travel in Seoul.

My parents and I stayed in a room for three. The room was super clean. Breakfast is sufficient and self serve. Elevator only goes to 5th floor, so we had to use to stairs to get to our room on 6th floor, which is not a major inconvenience. Subway station is within walking distance, and is an interchange between three subway lines, which means there are lots of stairs between these interchange stations. So be prepared to face the stairs if you rely heavily on subway.

The hotel is a 5-min walk from Dongdaemun history & culture station exit 7. The staff there were quite nice and spoke good english. The room was indeed very small and could only allow 1 luggage to be opened at a time. However, with such a good price, I wouldn't complaint. Recommend this hotel.
