Wonderful experience from arrival to departure. The customer service was exceptional. We were enthusiastically greeted upon entering, and our bags were taken and delivered to our room. The room was nice. We ordered room service which was delivered in no time and our meals were delicious. I have no complaints and am certain I'll be staying there again in the future. Very kind, friendly and professional staff.

Also, I turned on the air conditioner and slept, but I don't know exactly why, but I turned it off at dawn because my throat was dry. Also, there was a bathtub, so I had to cross the bathtub when I took a shower, but I was afraid that I would slip due to my uncomfortable legs, so I couldn't use it. Also, I had to write it by hand because the check-out information was not written in the notice provided at the reception.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The aesthetics was immaculate. There’s an outdoor waterfall that they turn on during the day. You can sit at the cafe and take beautiful picture, the waterfall is covered by a large floor to ceiling window. The staff there were all nice and they spoke English fairly well. The room’s were nice and clean and the bed was super comfortable.
