Good value for money
Right on the beach in Serifos port. Location is perfect. The hotel is quite old and would need to be refurbished but for the price it is a good option.

This place is a bit rundown, but the price and awesome staff make up for it. Serifos is a rather expensive island, Albatross Hotel offers low budget travellers a good alternative. Great location, awesome staff, good beds and wifi works well. If you are looking for a fancy and super clean place, look elsewhere and be prepared to pay double.

Nice hotel
Nice hotel, close to the beach. Very friendly and helpful owner. Wi-Fi is not working so well in last building. But owner is trying hard to improve it. Every year he upgrading few rooms to look it better. It's a family business. There are few fruit trees so you can eat grapes and figs for free😁.

We had a great stay here! Our room was about 150 feet from the beach. The perfect morning here is an early morning sunrise swim in the calm, glassy bay. If the refreshing swim and the sunrise doesn't wake you up, the owner, Mike, makes amazing coffee in the mornings that is very tasty and energizing. The people on the island were very friendly and the food is delicious. I would highly recommend visiting this island for a relaxing time on the beach and at the Albatross Hotel.

Basic hotel on the beach
If you expect nothing fancy this hotel is perfect. However, if you prefer a little luxury this might not be the place for you. Location is great (literally 10 meters from the beach). The hotel has its own sun beds.

Very friendly and helpful staff
Hotel by the sea, friendly and nice atmosphere (garden, playground for kids). Would require a better shared kitchen which looks a bit old.

Verdens hyggeligste hotell - Hotel Albatros
Verdens hyggeligste hotell nærmest på stranden. Kort vei til havn og mange restauranter. Eieren var veldig generøs og stilte alltid opp for oss. Smilende og hyggelige renholdere og ansatte gjorde oppholdet til en fin opplevelse. Vi følte at de ville at vi skulle ha en fin ferie. Spesialtilpassede frokoster i deilig bakhage. Eieren lagde "kveldste" til oss hver kveld :-)

Hotel sympa près de la plage
Les choses avaient mal commencé, on ne trouvait pas notre réservation mais ce sont plutôt bien fini. C est un hôtel simple mais sympa avec un joli jardin intérieur et surtout juste en face de la plage. On bénéficie des chaises longues.

Amazing host and such a lovely place! ❤️
Mike the host made our five days 20 meters from the sea the very best ever! Serifos is such a lovely place. We will definitely return here and can warmly recommend to anyone! Cheers! Marko Arola and my E-Team consisting of three teenagers. ;)

VALUE FOR MONEY
Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία μιας και είναι πολύ κοντά σε όλα τα εστιατόρια και στάσεις λεωφορείων, αλλά και στο λιμάνι, ενώ ακριβώς απέναντι είναι η θάλασσα. Στα αρνητικά του ξενοδοχείου είναι ο πολύ μικρός χώρος στο δωμάτιο και ο εξωτερικός χώρος του πρωινού. Επίσης σημαντικό, ότι ο χώρος για να απλώνεις τα ρούχα (πετσέτες θαλάσσης, μαγιό κτλ) είναι κοινόχρηστος.

Petit hôtel sans ambition
Le petit jardin à l'arrière est un joli endroit calme, le patron est peu sympathique et peu convivial. Propreté très moyenne. Pas de petit déjeuner. La plage se trouve au bord de route donc très bruyant.

Albaross is in the best location for the beach! It has free sun loungers, worth their weight in gold, and the staff are lovely. There's a beautiful rear courtyard and nice breakfast

proche de la plage et bien placé mais c'est tout
Chambre (3mx3m) et salle d'eau (1,5mx1m) minuscules, mal insonorisées et mal isolées. Le tout est vieillot. Les communs sont propres et le personnel gentil mais non anglophone. Patron anglophone gentil et dévoué. Cour intérieure accueillante. Hôtel proche du centre mais au calme. Pas de parking. Internet ok mais que dans le hall et ses abords. Mauvais rapport qualité prix par rapport à certaines locations sur Sifnos.

Face à la plage, très bien placé, service parfait
Nous avons réservé à la dernière minute, dernière chambre disponible à serifos pour cette période et c'était parfait! Certes la chambre était très simple mais le patron de l'hôtel et ses employés étaient adorables. Très bien placé à serifos, il est face à la plage de livadi et de plein pied ce qui évite de devoir grimper les escaliers de la ville avec les valises en arrivant du port. Très bonne surprise.

Great!
Great stay. The boss of the hotel, Jorgos, was very nice and helpful, as well as everyone else at the hotel. It is literally ON the beach and there are some long chairs and umbrellas free of charge for the people staying at the Albatross. The nicest cocktail bar of the harbor (The Yacht Club) is 2 min away walking, as well as other nice restaurants. The island is great and the Albatross is perfect for a stay of 5 days, up to one week. Enjoy!

I'll stay here again!
Relatively simple, but good value for money. Giannis, the hotel manager, is very friendly and generous. The hotel is located in the middle of Livadi, right next to the shore. If you are easily disturbed by traffic you should ask for a room in the garden. The breakfast is really nice and absolutely worth the cost, but may not be served in low season.

Abbiamo passato a serifos qualche giorno di relax. L'Hotel ha una buona posizione, visto eravamo a piedi, essendo vicino al porto e vicino ai ristoranti e locali per la sera. Ha tutto quello che può servire (colazione, wifi, ariacondizionata, spiaggia davanti) anche se la stanza l'abbiamo trovata spartana e andrebbe rifatto il bagno.

Slitt hotell med veldig små rom og bad. God frokost og veldig servicevennlig eier og crew som strekker seg langt for at du skal trives. Liten badestrand med gratis solsenger.

A bargain!
The fotos on expedia don't do the Albatross justice. The sign looks old, but everything else is very very nice. The owner, Mike, is a chummy nice guy and runs his hotel with dignity. He's relaxed and wants you to have a nice stay. We had a lovely little room with a balcony overlooking a cute courtyard with lemon and olive trees. Strongly recommend this place!

Très bien placé, et accueil exceptionnel.
Hôtel très bien placé, calme, sur la plage, près des restaurants et juste à portée du ferry, mais sans les inconvénients sonores. Accueil extrêmement attentionné du directeur.

Helt vidunderligt dejligt sted. Familiært hotel som er super for dem der vil have et roligt og stille sted at være. Skøn strand lige udenfor. Her skal vi også bo næste gang.

Ett litet trevligt familjehotell beläget nere vid stranden. Bara vägen mellan hotellet och havet. Herr och fru Giannis var ett mycket trevligt värdpar. Ganska spartanska rum men rent och prydligt. Frukost ingick om man bokat via Internet annars kunde man köpa till detta. Trevlig inneträdgård. Tyst och lugnt om man fick rum inne i trädgården. Fritt Internet. Mr Gianni ville absolut att vi skulle prova hans eget vita vin vilket vi nu kan rekommendera. Kan rekommenderas om man inte vill ha lyxrum.
