The walls are wooden and I can hear water constantly at my bedside. The noise is amazing. The staff are friendly and service is good, but I don't recommend families to stay comfortable.

위치는 성당 근처에 나름 괜찮았는데 객실을 일층 가장 끝방으로 줘서 뷰는 걍 벽뷰에 들어오는데 너무멀어서 귀찮… 방이 진짜 무슨 닭장마냥 다닥다닥 붙어서 엄청 많았는데 제일 끝방 줬다는게 좀 안좋은 생각도 들었음..ㅎ 들어오자마자 먼지냄새 많이났고 다들 얘기하듯이 방음이 진짜 안좋네요; 다른방에서 코고는 소리까지 들림. 방음때문에 가장 끝방에 묵었다는걸 위안삼을 정도로요; 화장실도 뭐 그냥.. 샤워부스가 좀 별로였어요 물은 두개 공짜고 스페인은 다그런지 실내슬리퍼는 어딜가나 없네요 스페인 4성급 호텔 믿지마시고 의미있는 여행이면 5성급 가시길

전반적으로 나쁘지 않은 경험.
시내에 위치하고 있어서 도보여행에 좋다는 것이 가장 큰 장점. 하지만 시설이 오래되었기때문에 룸에 들어서자마자 퀘퀘한 냄새가 났고, 방은 넓지만 침구가 살짝 축축한 느낌을 받았음. 습도가 높은 편. 그리고 많은 룸을 보유하고 있지 않기 때문에 풀부킹 가능성이 높고 그 말은 곧 얼리체크인이 거의 불가능하다는 점... 심지어 4시 체크인임ㅠㅠ 체크인 시간이 상당히 늦은 편이라 빨리 들어가서 쉬고 싶어도 불가능했다. 직원들은 매우 친절하고 침구 교체를 요청하니 즉각 응대해주었음. 그리고 뷰는 아예 없음..ㅎㅎㅎ 수영장에 반해서 예약했었는데 실제로는 좀 작은편이라 이용하려면 눈치게임해야할거 같음. 아마 좀 더 저렴하게 예약했다면 이렇게 아쉽진 않았을텐데 1박 180유로정도에 예약했더니 기대에 미치지 못해 아쉬움이 남음. 아, 복도의 대화소리와 발자국소리 등 소음도 매우 잘 들림. 욕실과 방이 넓고 침대도 커서 그건 좋았음. 실내슬리퍼 제공하지 않음. 그래도 전반적으로 나쁘지 않았던 이유는 친절하게 대해준 스탭들 덕분임.

깔끔한 호텔
시설이 현대적인 깔끔한 호텔이었습니다. 중심지에서 멀지 않고 근처에 평점 좋은 식당도 많아 저녁 먹기 좋았어요.

Only if i could add one more star. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our family. The friendliest front desk, the cleanest rooms and overall impeccable service. We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is situated in a perfect location. We were able to walk everywhere, just short 6-7 min walk to Real Alcazar and the Cathedral. Many great restaurants and shopping areas nearby. I highly recommend. Great choice and very reasonably priced.

Very nice hotel with comfortable rooms and super clean. The staff is super cordial and helpful. A very short walk to the Cathedral and city center but there many (many) restaurant options within steps of the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

Check in was easy. Our stay was 4 nights. At first, we were put in a basement room. Access was by elevator, then steep downstairs which was a problem for my husband. We changed the room the next day. We were put on the 3rd floor which was accessible easily by an elevator. The only issue was this room was under the pool area. Some noise above till 10:00pm, which was not too much of an issue Next issue was lack of A/C till our last night. It was in the 80s in Seville even though it was March. Room was very hot. Sleep was difficult. Talked to staff, told they had not turned on A/C yet. No fans available. Left window open which helped only a little. On the positive side, it was a great location. Very walkable to many attractions and restaurants. I was surprised that many of the staff did not speak or understand English, but I also did not speak Spanish. I would return, if I knew what room I had, and if I was assured of A/C if needed.

El Hotel fue una cerdadera sorpresa. Si bien revise los comentarios antes de reservarlo, superó nuestras expectativas . Las habitaciones muy cómodas. Cafe y te disponible en la habitación, el desayuno con muchas opciones y para todos los gustos. El personal muy amable. Nos llevamos una excelente estadia y atenciones de Sevilla, gracias al hotel Fernando III.

This hotel is a perfect location for a few days in Seville. Friendly welcoming staff who gave us all the information we needed to see the sights of the town. We arrived in Holy Week so the staff told us all about the events and road closures so we were not inconvenienced. They also told us where to get a good local coffee. The bar staff were very attentive and provided a perfect starting point for our evening. On departure the staff were again extremely courteous and our taxi arrived as planned. It is evident that the staff are proud of the hotel and the service they provide. The room was modern and clean and provided a cool calm resting place after a day walking around the town. Water and coffee were provided gratis. Strongly recommend this boutique hotel for a stay in Seville.

L'hotel si trova in una posizione ottima, a pochi passi dal centro storico e vicino alle principali attrazioni della città. Le camere sono spaziose, pulite e ben arredate. Il personale è estremamente cortese e disponibile, sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. La colazione è abbondante e varia, con prodotti freschi e di alta qualità. consigliamo vivamente questo hotel a chiunque voglia visitare Siviglia e godersi un soggiorno confortevole e piacevole.

Nous avons passé trois jours à Séville. L’hôtel est très bien situé. Il est proche du centre historique et on peut tout faire à pied. Le personnel est très attentionné et les chambre sont parfaitement propres et neuves. Le petit déjeuner est extra avec beaucoup de choix et de qualité. Le plus un parking est présent pour sa voiture. Lovely hotel and perfectly located - easily walkable to all the sights & sites of Sevilla within minutes. Our room was incredibly spacious and had tons of storage. The beds were luxuriously comfortable, the shower was nice and powerful, and any outside noise was minimal (because the hallways are so large, there were some residual echoes, but they were negligible). We didn't have enough free time to check out all the amenities on offer but I did love the lounge near the front - a great place to unwind at any time of day. The staff were awesome and we especially appreciated the valet parking! With the super narrow streets and people on motorbikes popping out of nowhere, driving in Sevilla is not for the faint of heart, lol Excellent hotel!

This was a perfect spot to stay in Seville! Super central, excellent and friendly staff and the hotel facilities were fabulous! The pool and rooftop bar were a wonderful oasis on a hot day!

Good hotel. Overall experience was good but the room could have been better. Bathroom was updated but lighting was not very bright and there were no hooks to hang anything on in the bathroom. Plus our hairdryer would keep turning off after 20 seconds then we would have to let it cool down for it to turn on again. Walls seemed thin ( I could hear people walking above). Beds were ok. Breakfast was outstanding!!! Rooftop was beautiful!

I was very disappointed with the experience here. I expected much better. The room was uncomfortably hot and they could not turn on the air conditioning. They suggested opening the window. my view was of the sewer vent. No way was I opening to that. The facility was clean. The staff was nice but not outstanding. I did not eat there, as there were a lot of nice restaurants nearby. I will not stay there again.
