Warm Winter Stay at a Great Value
My experience here in December was great. The room was warm and the bed was comfortable. Dinner and Breakfast are included and the cafe made me a coffee to go for the road. There was a ping pong table and live music in the evening. I enjoyed listening to the musician while playing chess. The other guests were singing along with the songs, and it was enjoyable.

Rapport qualité-prix décevant
Grande suite sans grand charme avec une odeur désagréable, le petit-déjeuner est très correct mais le buffet du soir est trop modeste pour le prix avec la quasi absence de viande ou de poisson. Pas d'eau chaude à la douche le deuxième jour et la réaction a été "sorry".

located in the beautiful forest, several 2 floor cottages and one main building. Beautiful playground. well-groomed garden.

Great relaxing stay at Tezh Ler
I stayed in Tezh Ler with my father for 2 nights over Easter. We had a great stay - breakfast & dinner were very good, particularly the special dinner on Easter Sunday. There was also a bonfire that night, and other events, which we enjoyed. The room & bathroom were very clean and comfortable, and the staff were very nice. The wifi was the fastest wifi that I have seen during the past 2 months travelling in Iran, Armenia & Georgia. The surrounding area is nice for walking in the forests & fields, and we passed a lot of our time outdoors. On the first morning, I went jogging early (7am), and I was bitten on the leg by a neighbour's dog (belong to owners of the restaurant near the main road). The dogs seemed to be tied up during the day, but be aware if you are going to ramble early. Overall, we had a great, relaxing stay at Tezh Ler, and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to get out of Yerevan for a few days - but I would rate their neighbour's dog zero stars ! :-P
