I am still discussing this issue with the hotel staff. But my record shows that this hotel charged on my stay (a two night stay) twice on my credit card. First time when I booked a room via hotels.com; second time when I checked out of the hotel. My credit card company confirmed my suspicion. I hope that this issue will be resolved quickly. However, I am wasting too much of my valuable time taking care of this matter. (If this issue turns out to be my misunderstanding, which is unlikely though, I will remove this message later. Otherwise beware customers.)
