위치는 최고의 호텔임.

인민광장 지하철 역 바로앞입니다. 방의 컨디션이나 화장실을 보면 오래된 호텔의 느낌이 나지만, 위치가 아주 좋고, 조식도 만족스러웠습니다. 와이파이속도도 아주 빠른편입니다. 현재 수영장이나 기타 부가시설이용이 가능하고, 나중에 재방문하고싶어요. It's right in front of the People's Square subway station. The condition of the room and the bathroom give the impression of an old hotel, but the location was very good and the breakfast was satisfactory. The Wi-Fi speed is very fast. You can use the swimming pool or other additional facilities now, and I would like to visit again later.

위치가 정말 훌륭합니다. 인민광장역에서 거의 나오자마자 있고 남경동로보행가까지 3분이면 갈 수 있습니다. 호텔 서비스도 전반적으로 만족스럽고 방도 넓고 깨끗합니다.

인민광장 바로 앞 난징동루 걸어서 3-4분 정도 너무 가까워서 따로 여행 계획에 잡지 않음 공원뷰, 시티뷰가 있으며 시티뷰를 추천함 공원뷰를 했는데 인민공원 뷰임 층도 낮아서 난징동루 야경을 못 본게 아쉬움 전체적으로 만족한 서비스에 방도 넓고 깨끗한 편 조식은 모두 무료인데 맛있고 괜찮음 샐러드, 과일 위주, 커피 맛집임

위치가 최고 장점인 호텔 !

인민광장과 인민광장역(지하철)이 호텔 바로 앞에 있고, 난징동루의 시작점도 엄청 가깝습니다. 와이탄까지는 거리가 조금 되지만 난징동루를 구경하면서 가기에는 나쁘지 않습니다. (걸어서 가면 2 ~ 30분) 조식 부페도 좋았습니다. 음식 종류도 많고 맛있었습니다. 패밀리 스위트룸에 묵었었는데 킹 베드 2개를 싱글 4개로 준비해달라고 했었는데 커뮤니케이션 오류가 있었는지 킹 베드 2개에 엑스트라 베드 2개를 추가 해줬더라구요. 이 상황은 나쁘지 않았는데 엑스트라 베드의 시트와 이불은 조금 지저분한 것이 아쉬웠습니다. 호텔 로비는 사진에서 봤던 것보단 작은 느낌이었네요.

전반적으로 만족합니다.

전반적으로 만족합니다. 역과 가깝고 호텔뒤쪽에 아침식사할곳도 꽤 됩니다. 매일 깨끗하게 청소 해주었고 크리스마스 이브날 밤에 돌아오니 방문고리에 작은 산타양말에 쿠키하나가 들어있었어요. 작은것이지만 생각지도 못했던 선물이라 아이가 무척 좋아했네요. 감사했습니다. 25층룸에서 동방명주까지 잘보여 뷰가 좋았고 청소해주시는 분 친절했어요. 단점은 샤워기가 고정식이라 매우 불편했으며 로비에서 직원들 마주치면 대체적으로 동남아호텔처럼 인사 잘 안해요. 4박할동안 벨보이와 한번 인사했네요.

호텔의 시설과 하우스키핑서비스는 만족스러웠지만 컨시어지의 직원들의 서비스는 매우 별로였습니다. 새벽에 짐을 들고 도착했을 때 로비의 직원들은 전혀 도와주지 않았고 저희가 짐을 두고 체크인을 하고있을 때 뒤에서 저희 짐을 보며 히히덕거렸습니다. 중국어를 알아듣는걸 알지 못했는지 끝까지 히히덕거리며 농담하였고 엘리베이터에 타는 순간까지 도움은 전혀 받지 못했습니다. 또한 체크인을 담당한 직원에게 엑스트라베드와 조식을 신청했지만 나중에 확인해보니 어느 것도 제대로 신청이 되어있지 않았습니다. 조식을 먹으러 가서 다시 설명하여 신청했고 엑스트라베드의 경우 세번이나 전화해서 이야기했는데 엉뚱한 말만 반복하다 화를 낸 후에야 직접 방에 와서 확인하고 설치해 주었습니다. 호텔 곳곳에 100%고객만족도 서비스라고 쓰여있었지만 제가 받았던 서비스로는 전혀 이해할 수 없었습니다. 서비스와 관련해서는 매우 불만족이었던 곳입니다.

가격대비 괜찮았아요.

전반적으로 만족합니다. 처음 차량으로 도착할 때 입구를 찾지 못해 건물을 몇바퀴 돌긴했지만 난징동루 도보길이 시작되는 곳이라 위치가 좋았습니다. 제가 묵었던 방은 서재가 구분되어 있는 구조에 옆 백화점이 보이는 뷰였지만 주변 건물보다 높은 편이라 와이탄 방향이나 시내방향 모두 좋을 것 같은 예감이네요..

가격대비 저렴하고, 친절한 스텝, 지하철과 상당히 가까웠음...그러나...

인터넷이 상당히 자주 끊어졌고... VPN에 대한 접속이 어려워서 일하기 어려웠음. 위치는 인민광장이랑 굉장히 가까워서 편리했고, 지하철을 이용하기 용이하였음.

can feel old smell in the room and out side is too noisy. band is playing everyday in the park.

The check-in process was seamless, thanks to the friendly and efficient staff who greeted us with genuine smiles and ensured all our preferences were met. Upon entering our room, we were delighted by the immaculate cleanliness and tasteful decor. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the room, from the plush bedding to the thoughtfully curated amenities.
