Regarding your comments about coronavirus Precautionary measures we have to strongly disagree with your conclusions in this regard. Our hotels that Charmillion hotels & resorts has received the international Health & Hygiene Certificate COVID-19.
We are implementing serious measures based on the international recommendations issued by the world health organization and other international organizations plus the National regulations.
Our Safety measures : 1. Guests receive free masks , gloves and a disposable pen . Wearing masks is obligatory in closed areas of the hotel. Or can asked HK department any time for mask 2.Luggage will be disinfected and transferred to room by bellman . 3. Check in will be done from reception desk. Floor marks will help to keep the safe distance, for your safty 4. Rooms will be disinfected according to WHO standard and cleaned and cleaned upon request of the guest.5. Safe distance should be observed in swimming pools , aqua park and the beach . 6 . During evening entertainment in the ampitheatre the procedure of disinfection will be held in a special machine .
As for the food, it is very subjective and varies wildly from person to other. Our buffet utilizes every ingredient available on the local market to create a diverse and exciting menu meant to cater to all tastes while offering a vast array of choices that are always delicious and served hot. Each meal includes, salads, desserts, breads, soups (no soup at breakfast) live cooking stations and 12 hot buffet items. Breakfast includes sausages, French toast, porridge, hard boiled eggs, Egyptian beans, white beans, breakfast burgers, potatoes, sweet potatoes, beef bacon prepared in a spicy tomato sauce, veal sausage prepared in a spicy tomato sauce, a variety of sweet and pastries, an omelet station, an eggs station, a pancake station, various cheese and salads, fruits and yoghurts and more. For lunch and dinner meals offer our chefs the opportunity to be more creative and these menus are on a weekly rotation with different items. Items include but are not limited to various rice dishes, various potato dishes (mashed, wedges, oven baked, gratin, ect), various dishes made with chicken, duck, turkey, veal, beef, lamb, liver, calamari, fish, as well dishes made with vegetables, beans and so on. In addition to the above lunch time also pool restaurant does magnificent job of supplying lunch and a la Carte meals which provide a welcome change from buffet in the restaurant. We believe that the buffet caters to everyone but with 1000 guests of different nationalities ranging from infants to senior citizens we recognize that some guest might be more difficult to satisfy than others, hence our willingness to cater individually as needed and upon request.
