very disappointed hotel with bad service quality
I had a good expectation when I checked in Hyatt regency from 12th August to 17th August but I really disappointed with their bad service quality. No.1. I booked a room with sea view but they gave me a room with garden view which was hided with trees and cannot see outside. and there were many dust and little stones on the floor of that room.I demanded to change room to the reception desk. they said that they would change a room with sea view at 9 a.m but they broke their promise and they chaned a room at around 3p.m without saying any sorry. No.2. Room cleaning was not regular.Some days were that they did a room cleaning in the morning and some days were that they did nothing so that I made a phone call and demand them to do a room cleaning. 3. When It was a time to check out, We booked an airport transfer taxi at 3:30a.m. The hotel was going to send a cart to my room in order to move our luggages at 3:00a,m. but no cart was coming on time. The cart was arrived at my room 30 minites later with many phone call to the hotel. No.3. Hotel staffs were not professional and customer oriented. Check out was very stressful with a bad credit card network problem(sometimes the hotel networking is alive and dead. diffilcult to pay behind a schedule to go to the airport and flight time) The quality of Hyatt regency was worse than other Hyatt regency in other contries where I stayed in.
