Merely one among plenty of options.
First of all, whole facility was great as like 5 star resort. However, reception team need to improve English especially on how to put 'please or Mr' not to speak of Sir. Most disappointing thing was taxi service to the airport. Even though I booked one day before and paid(no receipt), a taxi did not show up and reception did not have any information. To be honest, not for indivisual family but for group tourists.

푹 쉬어갈 수 있는 조용한 곳
편안하게 숼 수 있는 깨끗하고 서비스 좋은 리조트였다. 그러나 리조트이외의 다른 장소를 가려면, 땍시나 호텔 셔틀(자가용임)을 이용해야 하는데, 오고 가고 해서 200기니 이상을 부른다. 또한 바닷속 산호초 비스므리한 것들이 있으니 스노클링을 꼭 준비해 가면 더 좋은 시간을 가질 수 있을 듯.

One of the best all-inclusives I've ever been to. Food is the highlight here, the chef team have impressed every night for my 2 week stay - I enjoyed every offering, 3 times a day! All the staff are very welcoming, friendly and attentive. Perfect location, with heated pools, fantastic dive school on-site, great for a winter escape! Plus: 24hr drinks, 2 mini golfs, and soft serve ice cream!!

The property is extremely well kept, the photos on Expedia don’t make justice, the place actually looks even nicer! The customer service is amazing, they make you feel like royalty. Buffet selection on the meals were great and the ambience too. The only thing is about the other guests, we did see lots of East Europeans to be very rude with the staff, that was awful :/

Impressive dedication to customer service!
Despite some issues both before & during our holiday, I am pleased to be able to give this resort a 5 star review. Negatives, Hotels.com state that this resort offers a transfer from the airport. You are instructed to contact the hotel 48hrs in advance to arrange this. I emailed the hotel 3 days before arrival & again 2 days before, yet failed to receive any reply to this date. I also telephoned 48hrs prior to arrival and my call whilst answered, was left off the hook with no communication for a full 4 minutes at International call rates. So contacting the hotel in advance is nigh on impossible! In the event, on arrival at the airport we were forced to haggle for a taxi at a cost of 20 Euro. I was subsequently advised by the hotel that they operate a scheduled shuttle at a cost of 5 Euro per person each way. Also, my partner used the Spa for a 2hr treatment but felt let down when it ended up being less than 90 minutes with only 30 minutes was in massage, the other hour in preparation using Sauna, hot tub etc. Positives... What impressed me most was the way in which these issues were resolved and how all the staff from Mohamed on reception (one of many as Mohamed also the name of our room service attendant and some waiting staff) to the staff in the Spa plus all the restaurant staff just couldn't do enough to make you feel special. The Spa staff gave my partner a complimentary repeat massage and for the issues regarding shuttle we received an upgrade and free transport on dep.

オールインクルーシブの割にリーズナブルな価格で、おいしいお酒とご飯をたくさん楽しむことができました。雰囲気がよく、部屋には担当の方がついて、困ったことがないか気にかけてくれます。部屋は清潔で、窓からは海と朝日がきれいに見えました。温水プールもありましたが、1月だと少し寒かったです。プラン内だと、ビールやワインが1種類がずつしかなかったのが少し残念でした。マリンアクテビティを楽しめる場所は、ホテルから少し遠いので、外部のツアーを予約するときは時間に余裕を持つことをおすすめします。

We were well looked after by the staff, who were excellent. Specific mention to the house keeping staff, Ali and his manager Abdul. Buffet options were quite good with lots of selections and fresh food daily. WiFi was not good, needs to improve.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Sultan Garden Resort. The rooms were spacious and spotless. The buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble.

Great hotel, fantastic with small improvements!
We enjoyed a great stay with Sultan Gardens. Few points for improvement, labelling of the food as very difficult to know what your are eating / what the sauces are. Just more detail and labelling everything clearly. The shop at the hotel is extremely overpriced, which i understand to an extent but maybe worth trying to improve this as there are shops just outside that are cheap! Other than, a beautiful, clean hotel with great pools, a lovely beach and mostly friendly staff! I would stay again.

The service of the hotel was amazing. Food was delicious and the staff members who are working in the hotel are very respectful and friendly. Room was perfect and the cleanliness was excellent. The beach and sea were amazing. Accommodation at this hotel was perfect

The staff is amazing, attending and hard working. I got there just to enjoy quite time.. didnt leave the hotel.. eating swiiming and getting fat !!!! 😃😃😃 I read a here someonev recomended about the Indian Restaurant ,House of Spice It was AMAZING. .. And I ate in Restaurants around the globe 4-5 Continents ... and lived in many large cities around the world. .. so this restaurant is a must while in Sultan Gardens ! In SSH. ... enjoy ! The massage. . The spa needs an update but the package of body scrub and 2, 55 min massages Made my 3 days out of 7 days I stayed there Well go enjoy and gain weight like I did... cause there is good food all day long 😃

Our stay was absolutely incredible. The rooms specifically and the resort and beach as a whole are very well maintained and thoroughly cleaned. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, and the amenities and activities kept us very nicely engaged throughout. The food was also unbelievably delicious and very diverse (one of us is vegan). I will most definitely be staying in this resort again, and take pride in ur being owned and run by an Egyptian team. 13/10 would recommend to everyone!
