Struttura perfetta, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, il personale è attento ad ogni esigenza, preciso, disponibile. Le stanze sono spaziose ben curate e ben pulite. Cambio asciugamano e pulizie giornaliere ed accurate. La spiaggia è limitata ma c’è il pontile che consente l’accesso in mare in un punto in cui la barriera corallina è davvero spettacolare. Assolutamente consigliato e se tornerò a Sharm alloggerò nuovamente in questo resort.

Nice smaller hotel
Nice hotel with great food. Staff very helpful. Beach area nice but access only from a jetty, bars and restaurants limited but good for a smaller hotel. Free shuttles to night to old market, soho square, nana bay and daily to a sandy beach.

Una settimana piacevole
Buon rapporto qualità prezzo, lo staff è molto cordiale ed efficiente, dalla reception al ristorante, al rifacimento della camera, al trasporto interno in pulmino, così come animatori e animatrici, tutti molto gentili. Le spese extra sono forse un po’ troppo care, avrei preferito pagare qualcosa in più e avere extra più economici o inclusi nel prezzo.

Lovely hotel, great layout with a nice area to get into the sea to see lots of different fish. All inclusive value for money with lots of options and branded soft drinks.

Good overall visit
Great visit, nice place and location, the food was ok but repetitive and the entertainment was poor. Staff were great and the snorkelling was amazing.

Konumu biraz uzak olsada her akşam şehir merkezine otobüsü mevcut. 6 gece kaldık ve herşey çok güzeldi. Kahvaltı çeşitliliği artırılabilir.

A lot of choise of dishes which change day by day. The resort is fabulous... Swimming pools, rich in palm-trees, a staff that welcome you kindly and ready to help you for everything. Well linked with shuttle bus if you want to go to soho square, old market and naama bay. Next to the resort there are also a lot of shops if you want to take souvenirs. Beautiful also the beach. We like it so much. I hope we will have the possibility to return again

We liked the hotel very much! We were there with a family. The territory is very comfortable, the buildings are located in one line, so you won't get lost. There are several pools, you can choose to your taste: with music and entertainment, with a water slide or quieter and more secluded. Excellent food, you can always choose to your taste, there is always a lot of food, the service is fast. Respectful and attentive attitude of the staff, all issues are quickly resolved. Beautiful reef! The child was delighted with so many fish. The stingrays also came to the seashore. Incredible! Excellent animation, the guys always tried to involve, but they didn’t insist if you just want to chill. Contests are fun, and competitions in the pool are exciting. Rooted for the guys to hoarseness in the voice))

We had a lovely stay here. The food was good, the included drinks were good (include a reasonable alcholic selection). There isn't anything really around the hotel. You need to take a taxi / bus. Evening entertainment was 'patchy'. We stayed in the first block 1007, and it was really, really loud as the entertainment was outside, and about 20 feet from our room. Our room was a 'swim up' room which really meant that there was a small pool shared with other people on the row. Nice little Jetty into the sea with great snorkelling. My son got a good haircut. I had a facial which I didn't paritcuarly rate. Jeweler was nice. We come from the UK and i struggle a bit with the constant triangulation via dollar or euros with everything Felt like i was always being ripped off with exchange rate, but, that's egypt in general, rather than the hotel. The room was nice in general. The bathroom was a bit shabby. The wall tiles could do with a clean. The room safes need updating. We had two rooms and both of us had problems with safe misbehaving. I'd go back though - just wouldn't bother paying extra for a 'swim up' room and would as to be a block or two down. The only downside to that would be the wifi is in the main hotel. You only get a reliable (albeit slow) connection in the hotel. We got a patchy connection, being in the first block. Just about good enough for whatsapp. Not wifi further down.

Çalışanlar çok iyi, güleryüzlü yardımsever. Otel temiz. Konumu güzel. 5 yıldızlı bir otel için yemek çeşitliliği zayıf ve wifi çok kötü sadece lobide çekiyor ve aşırı yavaş.

I stayed at this property for 4 days and it was terrible experience unfortunately the 3 days I was there the a/c was not working and they came into my room at least 7-10 times trying to fix it and this was very disturbing Staff were very unhelpful and rude and the bartender would beg you to buy a drink that is not included in the all inclusive because they only serve Egyptian alcohol in the all inclusive deal which it was very bad Food was ok but not want you expecting when you go to a 5 star hotel After 12 they have nothing all inclusive and room service is extra charge even if you have all inclusive mini bar is also extra charge if you have all inclusive over all nothing about this hotel shows that it’s a 5 star hotel It’s probably less than 3 stars Very disappointed very very

Bella struttura, mare splendido, cibo buono e variato, camere grandi. Camerieri di sala gentili ed efficienti. Unica pecca il cameriere della stanza molto scortese; l'ultimo giorno gli abbiamo dato una mancia piuttosto immeritata, a quel punto gentilissimo! Forse era da dare prima... ma lui avrebbe dovuto fare il suo lavoro a prescindere.

Lokasyon havalimanına yakın olmakla birlikte görülecek yerlere uzak kaldığından taksicilerin insafına kalıyorsunuz ki normalde istenen ücretin 10 katı ile pazarlık yapmaya kalkıyorlar. Otelin ise bu konuda akşam koyduğu mekik hizmetinden başka bir seçenek sunmuyor. Her şey dahil haricinde seçilmemesini tavsiye ederim. Aksi takdirde tatil rahatlatıcı değil de sinir sahini olmanıza neden oluyor.

Great location, sea view room was spacious, clean and comfortable. All staff at the hotel were polite and very friendly and helpful

Zeer voortreffelijk reeds 5 jaren lang.
We kennen dit hotel reeds 5 jaar. Een zeer goed hotel met vriendelijk personeel. Twee minpunten zeer SLECHTE WIFI verbinding dus mensen die vaak WIFI nodig hebben ,vaak onderbreking. Er staat GRATIS WIFI in het ganse hotel wat klopt maar de verbinding laat te wensen over. We hebben dat ook reeds gemeld in het Hotel maar blijkbaar vinden ze niet de juiste oplossing. Wat soms ook storend is het zeer luid spreken van het personeel (onder elkaar)aan het zwembad. Op het roepen na. Anders geen opmerkingen. Volgens jaar keren we zeker terug, onze 2de thuis.
