The room was ground floor and the sliding windows locks were cheap plastic and would not line up and so anyone could have easily entered my room from the outside. Also, the TV would not work - it showed a message telling me to click the "input" button, but there was no input button on the remote, not any buttons along the edges of the TV. I called to front desk and they did not know how to fix that, so they offered to move me to new room , which I declined as I was already in bed. Finally, the red message light on the phone blinked brightly non-stop all night. Not instructions in the room on how to "check messages", not that I was expecting any messages. Again a call to the front desk provided no help - "it just does that sometimes" was the answer.
Ugh.
