Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel. AC barely worked and the room was over 80 degrees after we checked in. Then there were parties on both sides of us and they did nothing about the noise even after multiple complaints to the point my fiance had to go sleep in the car with the dog because people were banging into the walls and our door and making our dog bark or growl thinking someone was trying to come in and then waking up our 13 yr old and 1 yr old. Absolutely crap. Dirty, hot, noisy and staff were rude.

Toilet was not attached to the floor in the bathroom and had trouble flushing, hair in the bathtub, comforter was dirty, found old sauce cups on the floor in between the bed and nightstand, no elevator, no ice maker on second level, ice maker bin was FILTHY. Overall we slept well and the bed and pillows were comfortable, but the cleanliness was a major disappointment.

I wanted to use the pool with my girlfriend and these people that are around 18-21 were yelling and screaming so loud and I was just very irritated about it !! They were very inconsiderate about other people in the pool!! I will never stay here again

I wish the pool had stairs to walk in but all in all very clean and nice. Only problem was we waitin 25 minutes to check because no one was answering phone or around. Several people waiting to check in at 3pm.

Nice hotel.
Hotel was nice and clean. Check in was good. Mattress was soft. Not sure why a charge is added for the safe in your room and not refunded unless specially asked about.

You actually have to request to have your room cleaned or they don't do it, there were stains in the sink and tub, and my husband got five bites on his arm. We looked for bed bugs but didn't see any. The hot tub was not hot and it was foamy and felt kind of gross

It was fine. Would be nice to have a bit larger lobby and a meeting room. Mattress needs to be replaced. Didn't use the pool but it was very clean the 3 days we were there. Vending machines available but no bottled water.

Room and hotel were clean and comfortable. The woman in charge of breakfast area on Saturday and Sunday was very rude. Breakfast was adequate, but this woman made the experience very unpleasant!

Decent stay!
It’s an outdated hotel but a comfortable stay. Loved the hot tub and pool. Breakfast had microwaveable sandwich’s but I just had the waffles. Overall best place for the price!

Upon arrival on the afternoon of 10/7, its a pleasant property. Clean & appears to be well maintained. Entered the lobby to a female employee sitting at computer. I anticipated being acknowledged by the employee so i approached the desk and stood there. The employee didnt even look up at me. I stood there for at least a few minutes before the employee FINALLY said in a gruff, un-inviting tone "what do you need". The whole check-in process was very disappointing compared to previous hotels ive been at. Otherwise the stay was fine.
