Zero Toilet Paper or Tissues, Broken/Missing Toilet Paper holder, ADA Room, No grab Rails @ Toilet, Toilet not attached to the Floor. Nasty Shower. Toilet Seat broken. And the usual miss advertised amenities like, Pool, Continental Breakfast. Very Dissatisfied.

Problem #1. Tried to check in an hour early. That will be a $20 charge. One hour later there’s no extra charge. Really? Problem #2. Room toilet doesn’t flush. We change rooms. Problem#3 No ice bucket in room. I told front desk lady I needed an ice bucket. She said she would bring me one. She never brought me an ice bucket. Problem #4. Turn on tv. It says no signal. Can’t watch tv. Told front desk lady about this. She said someone would come up and look at it. No one ever came up to look at it. Problem #5. Phone in room didn’t work so I couldn't call to report these problems. I had to walk to the lobby to report them. Problem# 6. Bed sheets had stains and holes in them. Problem #7. The ceiling was stained and pieces of it were falling off. Problem #8. The deluxe breakfast bar the hotel offered was two cereal choices, fruit cups, granola bars and juice and coffee. It’s a super 8. I wasn’t expected the Plaza but this place was a dump! There’s a nicer looking hotel across the street. Go there.

the property was very bad, dirty, bathroom leaking water. Never, never send people here. Dirty sheets, bad bad! Take this property off!

filthy, nasty. Linens dirty. We ended up going to the Fairfield Inn across the street. I'm now trying to get a refund.

Liked location Terrible condition: Had to repair toilet to use it. Verry noisey due to proximity to RTE 74 and occupants in room 115. No breakfast . Actually checked out due Bedding, asked for non smoking and was given a smokers room 👎. Only things that worked were the TV and the HVAC. Bed - had no support or blanket - Pillows were very thin

There were bed bugs in our room my kids, myself and their father were bitten and all the hotel did was move our room on the last night. They refused to discount or refund any of our money.

This hotel is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in (or rather, not stayed in, as my husband and I decided we did not feel safe enough to stay here and ended up losing out on our money on the reservation). I don't usually consider myself a germaphobe or someone who is overly picky about cleanliness, but this hotel was awful. Everything was stained (carpets, walls, lampshades), the non-smoking room smelled like smoke, there was food leftover in the fridge from the previous guest, burn stain/hole on the wall, bugs in the room, cracked tile in the bathroom and a toilet seat that wasn't even connected to the toilet. The front desk refused to give us a second towel even though our reservation was for two adults and kept insisting we had booked only a "single room." The lobby was constantly dark with only a single light on over the front desk, the eating area always had the chairs stacked up on the tables and there were strange and suspicious guests/people lurking in the breezeways and parking lot. Overall, would never recommend this hotel and I guess we learned our lesson not to trust the pictures online.

I was liking it until two nights ago manager or the owner said we had to move out of the own room that I’m a disabled person and they moved us into another room and my husband been working so I would advise no one to stay there and they can’t move to another room because the room we was in room 109. The tub broke and it flooded the room so I’ve got asthma and I asked could I be moved and it was fine but then the owner came on the property and got to it with my husband.

The door to the hotel room had no lock and was previously kicked in. Both beds had multiple stains on them. There was a big circular red stain on the carpet that looked like blood. Lastly, there was a spider the size of the palm of my hand lurking in the corner of the room. There was no way anyone could stay in this hotel for an hour let alone over night.

Nasty outside sidewalks where like they haven't seen water and soap since construction absolutely nasty. Smoke alarm in our room was hanging by the wires vent in the bathroom was not covered just a hole in a wall at checkout this morning the manager gave me my deposit of $25 back I went to my vehicle to check my fluids in order to leave the manager comes outside where I was at and ask me for the $25 back cuz he said he had already gave the money to someone else.... Don't they check IDs here before they just give somebody money claiming that they're getting their deposit back I refused because it was impossible I was the only person there in the room my 5-day stay was littered with gnats all in the room absolutely have no plans of ever staying here again.

Dirty, smelly, not recommended
The bed was clean and comfortable. So on that basic level I was pleased. HOWEVER: The nonsmoking room smelled like smoke; the only towels when I checked in were dirty; neither the TV, the refrigerator, nor the lamp next to the bed worked. The handle on the sink was broken and the cushions on the couch didn't fit the couch. The listing claims "toiletries included," but I had to go buy toothpaste elsewhere. They advertise breakfast, but when I looked in I saw cereal and a pack of mini muffins--OK, basic, not terrible--but ALL of the chairs were still turned up on the tables. I have stayed here before, though it's been years, and neither time nor management have been good to it. The bed gets it a second star or I would have given it a 1. I will not stay here again, and I would not recommend it.

Drug deals going on at night. Police rated one of the rooms. Tuesday morning garbage truck at 4 am. Mattress in hallway near ice machine. Furniture was all broken and ripped in my room. My door hinge look like it busted down and badly repaired.

Old style building, have bucks in room, not much clean bed sheets or blanket as well, towels also But it was a nice quite property middle of farms, but they should remodel things or kerp it clean for gusts

When we arrived at 4:30 pm the doors were locked to the lobby. We had to call and the lady was not happy orfriendly. Went to our room and the carper was all dirty and scuffed. The phone did not work so we could call and ask for towles. I had to qalk to the office and get towles and TP. Never again.

Horrible unsafe hotel.
Only non smoking double available Keys would not work. Took an hour to unlock room with his device Broken fixtures and no light over sink Refrigerator leaking and smelled inside of chemicals and did not work But what was one of the most upsetting parts was he offered a king bed and I refused to sleep with my 15 yo autistic daughter There was no safety latch on the door but I locked the deadbolt which I found out didn’t work when someone came into the room They rented it to someone else. Desk clerk offered to give a refund if I called hotels The hotels rep called them for the refund and they refused. They said they even gave us an hour extra for a late check out but the cleaning crew came anyway at 11am so my 8th trip to the front desk finally he said he told them but they didn’t pay attention. Who knows. I’m very upset if it were just me I would deal with it but I layed awake watching the door so my sleeping kid wouldn’t be terrified. I intend to report the hotel. Sad that they wouldn’t even listen to the hotel rep for refund. Especially when they were the ones that said they would personally authorize a return if I notified hotels.

This is purely for other potential guests to be aware of. Not sure if they are short staffed or what... But the comforters had burn marks (can't say much bc I knew I was being put in a smoking room), the bathroom had only one towel, one floor towel and 2 hand towels. There were 3 of us in the room. The toilet was dirty, the shower head didn't provide much pressure, but water stayed hot and the tub was clean. Also the rest of the room was clean. We had a stink bug in a web in the top corner but... Probably just missed. That's really it. I work in hospitality so I know there are off days and possibly staff shortage but... At least the bathroom should be completely clean...

front door lock moves around in door when door closer door rattles i had to put a table and chair behind to feel secure.towel rack broke. no plunger,no safety rails in shower hand-capable bath not ! no anti slip in bath tub and no hand rails for fall stop.

We reserved a non-smoking room, it smelled like someone just smoked pot in there. The smoke detector was hanging from the wall with a plastic bag wrapped around it. I had to buy an expensive odor killer to take the edge off the smell of the room. I walked past other rooms and could smell pot coming from them. Obviously, this is normal there and they don't try to stop it. One lamp didn't have any lightbulbs in it. I asked the lobby for 2 bulbs they said they would get it in an hour. We had dinner and went to a football game, returned, no light bulbs. The breakfast wasn't even worth free, we went out to eat. After, I made my reservation a friend who lives in the town warned me that drugs crime were common there and they weren't wrong. I expected more from a Wyndham property.

This motel is in SAD shape
This facility is in DIRE need of major rehab. I selected this hotel having stayed there in the past. I traveled with two friends, each securing their own room. Both had rooms that were in need of some sort of repair. My room, the phone did not work and it appeared the phone had been damaged previously. One of my travel companions told me the toilet would not flush. The other the drain pipe from the sink was completely disconnected. My room, the toilet paper holder had been partially ripped from the wall, there was some sort of black stain on the carpet and even though this was a "non-smoking" room, there was a definite odor of cigarette smoke. Styrofoam beverage cups on the sink were not in sealed bags.

It took 5 minutes to get the door unlocked. Then the door would not close I called the desk twice and reported the door. One hour went by, no body came to check it out. Then I walked down to the front desk. The clerk came down with me. He came on the inside and pushed hard on the door, like you would to get in. He then when on the outside and it took him over 3 minutes to get the lock to unlock , then he had to push with his shoulder to get the door open. He did not apologize or offer another room. I put a chair against the door, after it was locked. Slept with my gun. I give this motel 8 on a 1 to 10 rating, 0 Will not stay at this one against

My stay was ok! The staff at the desk was great but the room was not so good. The 1st room has dirty pillow cases and a stopped up sink with standing water in it. We were then checked into another room and that room wasn’t clean. We went to the store and got supplies and cleaned it ourselves because there were no other rooms available within the area because of the rodeo.

My stay sucked
Hotel is in need of updates badly Have stayed at other Super 8’s and really enjoyed it The one in Shelby NC does not represent the brand in a positive way The advertisement on line is false The 3rd shift associate is not knowledgeable of her duties I did booking through a 3rd party originally and decided to stay an extra day and went to this person to extend my stay. She said everything was good and returned my door key. Later that evening I returned to find my room had been rented to someone else and my personal items had to be located but where finally returned I went back to the associate when she was on duty to find out why if there was a problem was I not notified,got no response She lost the booking because she did not know her job Had to go to another hotel Also the breakfast advertised consisted mandarin oranges and coffee? This particular Super 8 will not be on our list for future stays Angelia Guerrero 3366964491
