I was in the facility less than a hour, I had a family emergency and had to leave asap! I was denied a refund. The place has a basement mildew smell and the comforter has multiple burn holes.

Our room had a broken bathroom light switch, broken bathroom ceiling fan, an A/C unit with strong cigarette smell and faulty smoke detector. C'mon Wyndham Hotels, you can do better than this!

We do our best to ensure that smokers do not smoke in our nonsmoking rooms or common areas, both of which result in a bad musty smell; and when a situation like this occurs, we try to address it immediately, thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting to restore the clean smell of our accommodations. Guest satisfaction is top priority at our hotel; for that reason, we truly appreciate your feedback about the guest experience at the hotel. We do not allow smoking in common areas at all and we will be implementing stricter measures in the future. Thank you.

It looks like this location is in the process of upgrading and renovating the rooms. Ours was clean and updated, but the bathroom had not been renovated yet. AC worked and location is nice: gas stations, fast food, and easy access to interstate. Breakfast was limited in the offerings, but that's not too much of an issue when there's a McDonald's and Cracker Barrel within walking distance.

This property was unsanitary and definitely did not meet hotel sanitation certifications. Walls had beer dried on them and everything smelled like dirty socks in the room. Our bed stand was sticky and other surfaces were uncleaned thoughout. There was no coffee to use with the coffee maker but I probably wouldn't have made it anyway because the sink had a large chip in it and the sink area did not seem cleaned. The air conditioning didn't work and didn't have a vent over it. The carpet was not vacuumed and had black marks throughout. The toilet was not cleaned and had a black ring around the bottom. The side door did not have any security. You could walk right in. And to top it all off there was a mouse in the breakfast area while we were having breakfast. We will never stay at a Super8 again.

Our maintenance staff has a regular schedule dedicated to checking the working order of appliances, the state of the furniture in the rooms, and bathroom fixtures. I am sorry that we failed to do this during your most recent stay. I am especially upset to hear that the situation was not addressed right away.

No smoking signs placed everywhere, but honestly a smoky hotel would have smelled better than that they had going on. Door would not open, until the very nice staff changed the battery on the lock. We almost passed out with the smell - ugh. Staff was friendly, but room was old and in desperate need of some TLC.

Go somewhere else.
There is a $150 fine for smoking but when we got to our room it smelled like old cigarettes and very musky. Our room was by the side entrance that has no security to get in and is open all night. There was people passing tv’s through a window and a very sketchy man hanging out in the parking lot and dumpster area for hours before getting into his truck which I’m pretty sure was his home in the parking lot. Not to mention the cops were in the parking lot lights on when we came in the evening. We felt it best that we just leave. I will never stay there again.

Pay more and stay somewhere else!!!
Horrible. Came for family trip. Mind you, we have 2 children both coughed and sneezed everyday. One newborn. Entire hallways and room reeked of cigarettes, cigars, and marijuana. Have you all ever heard of Sid’s? Inappropriate for newborn. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. 20-27 degrees outside and absolutely no hot water. No resolution from staff to get problem fixed. Paid way too much money for this s$ithole (that’s me being polite) it was worth 20-35$ at best!!! Filthy floor and bathroom. Dusty. I will be disputing with my credit card for these deplorable living conditions. I’ve seen homeless shelters in better shape. Had I been given at least a partial refund I would have left.

Comfortable no frills.
We were very pleased with our time there. It was a no frills stay. They are in the midst of a remodel so we took that into consideration. It was clean. I especially loved the lighting over the sink. It was nice and bright. The desk clerk was friendly. We reported a door knob problem and she wrote it down, at our check out. It was right next to a McDonald's for my coffee. Yes, I would stay there again for its price.

Never Again!
Room condition was horrible! In addition, we had to send a worker home due to injury, and the hotel would not refund 3 days of rooms that was prepaid. We would have accepted a reasonable penalty for cancellation, but their policy was to not refund at all! We travel all over the U.S. doing service and installation, and this will be our last stay at any Super 8 by Wyndham. I guess we will have to reevaluate whether we stay at any Wyndham Hotel after this experience!

The front desk staff were nice. Aside from that, I don’t have anything nice to say about this place. The microwave didn’t work, the shower head was broke, the refrigerator was leaking and didn’t keep my items cold, and the latch on the inside of the room was broken. Definitely won’t be staying here again.

Providing our guests with a safe and enjoyable experience is of extreme importance to us. New rules have come to pass because of the Covid 19 restrictions and limited staffing. We are working hard to improve our provided services and hope you will return to experience them with a future stay.
