On that one morning, our breakfast attendant had an emergency, and our backup was not available. Our team put out as many breakfast items as we could, but unfortunately on that morning, we were not able to offer our delicious hot menu items. We assure you that this was a one-time occurrence, and our guests typically enjoy a well-stocked hot buffet breakfast, with a friendly attendant!

We fully understand how frustrating this experience was, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Our sprinkler system was triggered by a negligent guest, which in turn triggered the fire alarm. In countless decades in the hospitality industry, we have never experienced this before. By law, we are not allowed to turn off the fire alarm until the Fire Department has determined it is safe to do so. Once they gave us the go-ahead, we immediately silenced the alarm. All of these systems are in place to keep our guests safe. But again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
