Thank you for your feedback. I am delighted you ended your stay feeling pleased with your accommodations once moved to a new suite. When a hotel employee books our windowless Studio #4 suite, it is communicated at the time of booking that the Studio is an interior room within the hotel and therefore does not have any windows. Unfortunately when guests book via third-party booking sites and not through our website or with a hotel team member as you did for your reservation, we have no way to control what information third-party agents relay to you. We have since added information on reservation email confirmations that are automatically generated at the time of booking to explain that the Studio has no windows. In reply to "no/slow staff," it is posted on the email and text that you confirmed receipt of at 9:53am on your day of arrival that we do not have a front desk attendant at Culpeper Center Suites. Your call was answered immediately and someone was sent to assist you to your room within minutes, and again when you called to explain your dissatisfaction with the Studio Suite. Codes, parking, and directions to locate the elevator and guest suites are included in the text confirmation all guests receive. Again, thank you for your feedback.
