Hi James Curry, First, We want to thank you for the review and for staying with us. We apologize for any inconvenience you may have had but please, next time you stay, utilize the forms of communication received and the emergency number given for any issues or questions you may have. You also could have easily communicated by responding back to any of the emails & text messages you received, or simply called the number your were texted from. These were all sent and received prior and during your stay but not utilized for your communication. Therefore, we were unable to assist you during your one night stay, or even have the knowledge of any problems you may have had. You may be happy to know that the problem was resolved swiftly, within seconds, using an item that was directly next to your toilet the entire time. Although this is rarely needed, it surely happens some times, so we understand. We don't feel your 2/10 rating represents how wonderful this place is and how special it is. Furthermore, not reaching out to us by the several forms of communication we had available to you (all of which were sent prior and during your stay), and then not returning our calls to help after the miscommunication, seems somewhat disingenuous. We do wish you all the best and safe travels, however your 2/10 review surely doesn't represent this wonderful place, and we recommend you stay somewhere else next time rather than at our farm. Hi, Thank you so much for the review. It is a very beautiful location that just re-opened. Landscaping of the entire property could not be scheduled until early April so we hope you can come back and see us again. Although beautiful now, it will definitely "pop" once again! Regarding replenishing toiletries, we are always happy to help in anyway and replenish things you need, all you had/have to do is let us know. Unlike a hotel, we are sharing our property for you to enjoy. We do not clean rooms daily or just go in your room without you asking. This is your place to relax while you are here. After you leave, we prepare the room exactly the same based on the length of stay. We are happy to help/replenish in anyway, you just have to let us know while you are here, rather than after you leave. Our goal is that you having a relaxing and enjoyable stay at Orlesa Farms, which is definitely different than a typical hotel stay. It truly is an amazing place and we appreciate you staying.
