We were in an ADA accessible room with a roll in shower. After showering, the water did not drain properly and the whole bathroom floor flooded. When we called the front desk to alert them and asked to move rooms since it was now wet and sticky, we were told they had no other rooms available. When we asked if a team member could at least mop up the bathroom, we were told we could come get towels from the front desk because they only had one member on staff and she had to stay at the desk. It was unsanitary and frustrating.
Additionally, the blinds in our room didn’t work and we couldn’t shut them for privacy or to block sunlight.
