선전북역와 가까워 찾기가 쉬움
아침이 제공되어 편리하고 로비에 편의점이 있어 좋습니다. 직원들도 친절한 편입니다. 다만 비자나 마스터 카드 사용이 안되고 유니온페이만 가능해서 불편했습니다.

The room is generally clean and comfortable. The hotel itself is in a commercial building which is with certain ages. So is the same for interior designs.

Not qualified for foreigner.
The hotel staff doesn’t speak English. They translated chinese to English via their phone. It takes more than 30 minutes When I asked receipt. On website hotels it said that I booked the room but when I arrived at hotel, they said I don’t have reservations. This hotel is not for foreigners even the location is closed to shenzen north train station. Hotel is ok clean. Not so happy with the service!

Average stay with good proximity to station
Very average hotel but good proximity to Shenzhen North Station. Beware that if your train is early in the morning, there aren’t any taxis and the walk is through a dimly lit construction site. As a female traveller, I didn’t feel that safe and the hotel staff were not that helpful in giving directions or trying to help with transport. Rooms were large enough and were clean. The price reflects the standard of accommodation.

Great location near North Station
Had a pretty good short stay. Very friendly employees. The staff did not speak too much English but they did understand what a "no smoking room" means. Location is a good walk from the Shenzhen North Station. It was a little difficult to figure out which way to go from the station and the elevators from the station to the street were broken. Watch for reckless drivers when crossing the street.

Lousy and messy place
There’s no instructions on the local information booth on how to get to the hotel. The front desk is short of staff. Our booking was mishandled either by the hotel or booking system. Hotel air conditioner does not work properly.

Negative: 1. I had a big trouble during check-in. The receipt of the room price of the hotel is higher than the one I booked via hotel.com . I notified the problem but the front desk staff did nothing to settle the problem . They just asked me to contact hotel.com by myself and said they had no connection with hotel.com . The attitude of the staff freaked me out and they tried to ignore me and did nothing and said they couldn’t do any adjustment of the receipt or provided any other options for me . I was asked to settle the problem of price difference all the way by myself , standing one hour in the hotel lobby , even with the confirmation letter by hotel.com . I was really disappointed of the staff professionalism and hospitality . And there were other problems from other guests like no confirmation can be found from the hotel even the guests showed the confirmation number . I believed the hotel had a problem with the agent . 2. Staffs could not speak English at all . It is okay for me because I know Mandarin . It might be a trouble for the international travelers . 3. The room was not really clean . Amenities like toilet roll left less than half but no replenishment . I don’t mind the use of left toilet rolls as long as it is sufficient . But obviously it is not enough . Positive : The location is quite close to the high rail station if you don’t mind walking through the construction site . I think it is the only positive part of the hotel .

差極，不要入住為妙
酒店職員不禮貌，沒耐性，找不到我的訂單紀錄，要我坐在一邊等，一個小時都沒辦法找到。同場有三組人都是這個問題，酒店職員卻叫我們去別的住。職員穿睡衣在酒店走來走去。早餐還比便利店買的差。旁邊地盤好吵，污穢的。

Tired Hotel
I was using this hotel for a quick stay to position myself for the train @ Shenzhen North. I ran into some difficulty because i had to stay longer (few hours) due to the Typhoon Nida. The location is good, however the hotel level is too low for foreign business travellers. No Wifi in the room, low Wifi in the lobby. No english spoken service. The room was old. Breakfast was almost non-existent. The restaurant on the second floor was ok. The state of the hotel is very tired and i would not recommend to stay longer here than 1 night

Good hotel close to the railway station and metro.
The staff on the check in desk were really good. They had no evidence of the booking that Expedia had confirmed to us, even though they searched and searched for details. They called a colleague and then were able to give us a room; we had to pay for it, of course, which was quite annoying since Expedia have told me that they have also charged me!

前檯入住登記時竟找不到我的預訂記錄，還是要我打國際電話去香港客服，素質太差了

離北火車站較近, 酒店透氣不好(房間和走廊和大堂有較大的味道),不要用信用卡小心會偷刷多一倍。
房間以及整個酒店透氣不好有比較大的味道, 還有酒店櫃檯服務人員登記生疏混亂, 被子不透氣, 蓋上被子後, 無論房間調多低, 都會很熱, 睡到半逾夜一家人都出汗, 內衣都濕透。早餐比較簡單, 可能國外的人吃不慣。 還有一點是小心,不要用信用卡付款在酒店登記,小心會偷刷多一倍, 收到銀行帳單時會同時出現這家酒店的房租和 另一家代理的同一費用, 就是變成雙重收費, 我去過那麼多地方還是第一次遇到像這家酒店那樣做法, 同一時間刷2家收費。 為避免出現這樣不誠實交易, 唯一是去別家住算。

飯店管理奇差無比
飯店整體來說還好，但是管理有嚴重問題 。當晚入住居然沒辦法刷卡 。只留兩名櫃檯人員敷衍大家、說服大家付現。遲遲沒有、應該說從始至終沒有任何層級較高或有能力解決問題的人出現。請各位旅客自求多福了
