Only two nights. But perfect. Warm welcome. Very quiet. Very clean. Close to downtown and to the lac des nations. Only one desapointment: no coffee and no breakfast. Will go back anytime.

This is a wonderful place to stay. We had the top floor room with an ensuite. The room is uniquely decorated, extremely clean with a very comfortable king size bed. The breakfast was fabulous and filling. The proprietors were wonderful and went out of their way to ensure their guests had everything they needed. Many restaurants within a 10 minute walk.

Very cute antique furnishings. Nicely decorated. Antique furniture a little rickety. I stayed on the top floor which was a little awkward with luggage. No coffee in the rooms.

If you are running a Bed & Breakfast, and, for whatever reason, you don’t offer breakfast, you should not charge your guests the full room rate. When I asked the owner, under these circumstances, to partially reduce the price, he told me he couldn’t and to get breakfast at a nearby restaurant. Also, people need to be aware of the steep steps up to the front door and the steep steps leading to the second floor where all of the rooms are located.

We are disappointed with your comment, as well as the rating you give to our establishment, considering that:1. An employee transported all of your luggage from the parking lot to your Suite without your having to make the slightest effort.2. We contacted you immediately when you book your reservation to advise you that there would be no breakfast served that morning, due to the fact that the owner was out of the region for personal reasons. Without account that we had offered to cancel your reservation free of charge and to relocate you to another establishment of similar quality.3. The rate for the Suite you selected was fifty dollars less than the regular rate for this Suite with breakfast at this time of year, to take into account that no breakfast was served.Never mind, we hope to have the chance to serve you our fabulous breakfast on your next visit.

Cette auberge est bien située. L'hôte est allé me chercher à la station d'autocar en voiture. L'idée des décorations (thème d'une galerie d'arts) est intéressante et bien sûr le petit-déjeuner est très bon.

The Auberge was charming in its decor and the hosts - Thanh and Sylvain (kind and helpful)- went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was the best that it could be. This is our go-to accommodation whenever we are in Sherbrooke.

The owners and staff are absolutely amazing and will take time to make sure you get what you want out of your trip. It is conveniently located close to downtown and walking distance from lots of things to see. Will definitely go back in the future.

What an amazing B&B – the proprietors have done a wonderful job replicating an 18th century Rococo experience in every bedroom, and the property itself is in a quiet neighbourhood with good parking. There are scores of incredible restaurants, bars, and cafés within easy walking distance, but if you are looking for something specific, Mrs. Bui (your hostess) can easily provide recommendations. Our room was impeccable, and the breakfast was probably the best we’ve ever had at a B&B. If you’re staying in Sherbrooke, book a room (or a suite) at the Auberge Marquis de Montcalm!
