Great service, friendly staff, no hot water in the room. We were offered a different one but had settled in already. Excellent price for what they have!

Well i find this property very hard to review as we showed up after 14 hours of driving to no one there. We arrived at 23:00 to an empty front desk, we searched the laundry room and kitchen as well as behind the desk, pounded on the office door, phoned the front desk in hopes of it going through to anyone that worked there, and we also tried the call button and had no response there either. I understand that issues can arise but we went in the next morning and were treated with disregard but informed that the owner would get in touch with me. He did call and told me that he would remove the charge via Travelocity and that he would get back to me with some form of compensation for my wasted time and the fact that i payed almost double the amount at the hotel next to them. It has been 17 days since that conversation and i just got off the phone after having to resolve the problem myself and the owner of this property has just ignored calls and texts and as far as i can see has no intention of rectifying the issue. What i saw of the hotel it was clean (we did search everywhere but inside a room) but as far as service I would heavily recommend that if you want to use this property you do so in person and hope that you don’t need any service after 22:00 because on line bookings are obviously not a priority to them!

The bath tub looked nice. But i left my room after i checked in and no service staff were available. I could not get back inmy roo. All night. Checked back at 6 am, still no staff or breakfast as was promised. Still nothing cant get my stuff in my room

I’d come back
My room and experience was definitely good for the price. I would return. Staff was friendly. My room did have a stale odor which could have been remedied with a neutralizer spray by the cleaning staff. Other than that I have no complaints.

Do not stay here
Terrible hotel. I showed up around 9:30pm and there were nobody to check in. There was a number to call but nobody answered. Had to go to a different hotel. Do not stay here.

Older hotel.
Its an older hotel and needs some TLC. The king size bed was very comfortable and sheets where very nice. But for the price I can't complain much.

There was no one at front desk. Had to call for assistance. The kid who came, had the day off but still came to help us. Property is okay just not anyone around to help or watch

I liked the night front desk person. HOWEVER, the day person was rigid and unfriendly. The breakfast is the worst I’ve had at a hotel. Basically cold cereal and toast. The grounds were unkept and full of thistles.

As you well know, there was nobody to check in with when we arrived - though a small sign on the counter gave a phone number for after hours check-in. That phone was never answered and the voicemail was full. We called the main number for the property, too, but that just rang to the unattended phone at the desk. We knocked on the office door to no avail. Luckily, a room was available next door, so we had to pay again. I will be pursuing a refund but am still recovering from our 46 driving hours trip. Oh, yeah...in case you claim not to know, I left a brief account of the event with my phone number on the keyboard at the front desk but never got call. It's too bad; the town was cute. This was the worst part of our 4 1/2 day, 3,200 mile trip. That's saying something. Final thought: Stuff happens - but no follow-up is inexcusable.

So to start the night off we weren't able to check in until about 10:30 (not any fault of the hotel) but when we got there nobody was at front desk but there was a number to call. Called the number 5 times, finally on the 5th time someone picked up and then hung up. On the 6th time finally got someone to come and get us checked in, once there all I could smell was mouthwash.....Once we got into the room, had obviously not been vacuumed or mopped in the bathroom, curtains had large holes in them and for some reason the beds had no top sheets, just a flat sheet and comforter which I did not think was probably very clean. Lastly at around 8:00 in the morning there was a knock at the door and someone came into the room while we were still sleeping. They left once I yelled out. Overall, you get what you pay for and I should have remembered this.

AC didn’t work. Cable limited to a few channels, windows open in common areas, portable dehumidifiers vented out the windows, breakfast offered of bread, coffee & cereal. Checked out after 1 night.

I often stay here. The location is convenient, the staff is always helpful, cheerful, and knowledgeable. It is both quiet and the price is reasonable.

Good value, large room.
Very large room, comfortable bed, second floor ok as there was an elevator. Breakfast choices were not great, just some cereal, no fruit or baked goods, coffee was good. A couple of good restaurants nearby. Good value for the price.

Dirty floors and bathroom. The bedding was put on backwards. 24 hour coffee was only available after 6 when the morning person arrived. Terrible breakfast options. No one available during the night. There was a number to call but no one bothered to answer. Room refrigerator did not get cold.

The staff (more than 1 shift and more than 1 day) were continually outside with their friends smoking or talking. The breakfast even for continental style was lacking and the coffee was terrible. The side door, which is key activated to open, was being left propped open all day and night. Front desk clerk at checkout was not very friendly. We have stayed here before, but never again.

I have a big truck and trailer, this property has special parking which is convenient. The rooms are very nice and extremely comfortable. It’s definitely the feeling you want when staying in a hotel.
