I loved staying here. Tucked away, V idyllic, comfortable units, landscaped pool area etc. Access to beautiful Shoal Bay a few mins by foot or car (car recommended!). Front desk (Merlyn and Prudence) extremely warm and gracious as were all people working at Fountain Anguilla. Hope I get the opportunity to return!

The garden and pool area is like an Oasis. Very peaceful and quiet with good proximity to beautiful Shoal beach. Prudence the resident Manager is super, she provided very useful information, checked daily with us to see if we needed anything. Made arrangements for our RT-PCR test and booked our ferry back to St. Maarten. Outstanding customer service.

Fountain Stay
we enjoyed our stay . We had ample space and the views were amazing . Prudience and everyone was a great help making sure we had everything we needed . Every one was friendly . Every morning my kids would wake up and jump in the pool . Theres a short walk to the beach I tried on my own very seculded and peaceful but never alone as there was people on the beach . Then sunshine felt great as we relaxed at the Fountain cant wait to go back ; even before we reached home my kids already wanted to go back to the Fountain for another vacation .Thanks for the GREAT stay .

Wonderful property on the best beach in anguilla. The property is very well maintained and the units are exquisitely appointed. Vonnie was great and provided for our daily needs and Prudence is a gem! She made sure we had everything we needed and took particular care to help us get ready for tropical storm/hurricane jerry. Thankfully it missed anguilla. The grounds are stunning and the access to washer/dryer was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great Beach!

Just returned home after a quick 5 day trip to Anguilla. The Fountain Residence was a very good choice. The rooms were laid out nicely with plenty of room to move around. It seemed like everything you would need was thought of and placed in your condo. Staff was extremely courteous and kind. Definitely booking again for next year for 10 days.

Amazing residence
Amazing service ! Fountain Anguilla is a mix of relaxation and enjoying a carefree lifestyle with one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The rooms are well furnished, with fully equipped kitchens, en suite bathrooms with walk in showers and balconies with ocean views. The pool area is surrounded by tropical landscape !

We really enjoyed our room; a studio on the top floor with the balcony overlooking the ocean. We also loved how quiet the residences were and the inviting pool in the private courtyard after returning from a day at the beach. Also appreciated being on Shoal Bay East Beach. The bed & bedding was very comfortable. Downsides... not enough outlets to plug in our devices, especially on either side of the bed. Wish there was a toaster so we could have toast with our coffee. There was no french milled soap in the shower. We had to buy our own.

Loved the seclusion and proximety to Shoal Bay which was just a short walk away. Cleaning service was hit & miss, but overall a good stay for the week. Would definetely book another stay.

Very nice place to stay in Shoal Beach area. Friendly check in/out process. Very quiet and relaxing. Quick walk to beach. Brink drinking water as the water is not suitable for drinking.

great stay
Everything was as expected, except for the kitchenette. Room had a mini fridge and microwave but no cooking facilities or crockery/cutlery so either hire a car or plan well and shop for groceries ( using the taxi from the port) before you arrive. We used the BBQ to cook breakfast and dinner as the few restaurants and cafes within walking distance only seemed to serve lunch. Good air con and overhead fan. Fantastic friendly staff. Pool was good with lovely pool towels and only a short walk to one of the best beaches I've ever swam at. Worth the effort to get there.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Each online booking platform can choose how they relay the information on the room types so we cannot always manipulate it. I will see if we can do something additional to show that the studio does not have a kitchen. Sorry about any confusion!

Fantastic Room but the ants ruined everything
We enjoyed a few hours of our stay only. The hotel staff was nice enough to let us utilize another half for cooking. Even kept in contact via Whatsapp. Service was great until the ants was biting us during our entire week and the hotel stated their was nothing they could do. My family was sad and never wanted to vacation again. The Manager stated they just sprayed and when it rains the ants come in. We had bites everywhere. I started to stay at the Four Seasons and I wished I did. We appreciated the service but the ants just ruined everything.

Thank you for taking the time to review and we are so sorry for your experience. We have the property professionally sprayed monthly and we also spray as needed in between. Unfortunately, in the Caribbean when food is left out or counters have crumbs, we can get bugs. I will discuss this with the staff to ensure they are better communicating ways to mitigate this.

I like this property, but I did not love it
I would love to give this property a great review, because the people at the front office were amazing. It is a nice property, but not great. Considering it's fairly new, it's a little run down in certain areas (kitchen if not well-stocked, door handles are loose). We were on the first floor and the people above us were very loud so I don't think the construction is that great. It is a several minute walk to the beach, and you can get beach chairs but you have to walk quite a ways down the beach for that. The area is very quiet and unpretentious, unlike the Four Seasons which is at the other end of the island. I found the Fountain Residences to be quite expensive, for a mid-range condo not on the water. Shoal Bay Beach is great.

Ohh yeah!
The fountain residences was a great value with a great location by near Shoal Bay East. It was nice to have a full kitchen when we decided to cook for ourselves, the ocean view was beautiful and the area is very quiet. Rent a jeep so you can explore the island, but know you have a relaxing place, with great A/C to come home to. Highly recomended for people who are self sufficient and dont need to pay for a fancy beach club to enjoy their time on vacation.

wonderful condos
This was our first time in Anguilla .The staff at Fountain Residences was incredible ,took care of us above and beyond. The one bedroom condo we stayed in was very specious and comfortable with great view. The 2 minute walk to the beach is nothing to compliant about. We will be back.

It was like having a home in Anguilla!
Everyone at the resort was awesome and so helpful! Bev and Cassandra were awesome and made us feel at home! I would definitely stay there again!! The room was very clean!! Bed was very comfortable!! View was awesome!

Beware! This place is in total disrepair!! We arrived in the late evening, were met by the owner, went out to eat and then settled in. No plug ins worked in the kitchen or bathroom. All 3 fixtures/handles for the shower fell off when we went to use it, unusable! Plus the phone didn't work, no iron or ironing board, no hand soap, tissue or screens on the windows. This room was totally unequipped for cooking. Trying to be patient (not the staff's fault) we spent the first day of our vacation waiting for the staff to fix things, with no luck. We asked for a new room and were told that the owner Bev was to come and see us. We waited the rest of the day for him to show up,(he never did!) and the staff reluctantly moved us to a (downgrade) smaller room. Room 2 was no better! Both windows were smashed in the patio door and unusable. The dishwasher was broken and there was a constant puddle on the kitchen floor from the leaking kitchen sink. Every 2-3 minutes there was an arcing electrical sound, the electrical outlets worked then didn't. Half the toaster worked, the safe had no batteries to use a code. The linens were thread bare with holes and the kitchen cup towels dirty. In all the places we have stayed good or not so good we have never written a review before, but this time we felt as if we had been taken advantage of and felt it important to let others know. If the owner had showed up as promised and set things straight we would have let this be!

For the money and location to Shoal bay, it's a good value for this hotel. Anguilla is an expensive island overall so we were able to save some money staying at this property. Nothing more to say about this.

Next to the Most Amazing Beach
This was my annual father daughter trip. We booked the Fountain because of the large living spaces, full kitchen and where it was centrally located to everything. When we arrived on island we were greeted by the taxi that the Hotel had setup for us. We were at the property within 20 minutes and greeted by the concierge. They took us on a very helpful tour of the grounds and the room. I was very impressed with the accommodations. The kitchen was amazing and very well stocked. We had pre purchased food and drinks which was all placed in fridge and put away by the staff. I definitely recommend using this service! Everything about the property was accurately described. We took a quick 2 minute walk to the beach and sat and had dinner at the restaurant and watched an amazing sunset. We really enjoyed the location with access to Shoal Bay and about 5 restaurants all walking distance. My daughter loved the paddle boards and kayaks that we rented on the beach. The snorkeling was great with the clear water. The pool was perfect for a swim at the end of a long day exploring the island. Overall the property was nice, quiet and had the amenities we wanted. This is definitely a place you want to stay and get away from the main stream busy resorts. We really felt at home here and are looking forward to coming back next year to dive more of the amazing ship wrecks!

Fairly priced
We chose this place because it was on a beach we thought we wanted to experience. Although the beach had a number of places to eat the surf was quite rough while we were there and we spent almost every day at other beaches on the island where the surf was calmer. The pool was a nice addition to have at the end of the day. Housekeeping was good. So we would recommend this [we were two couples]. Some drawbacks however, when we arrived the concierge was not there to greet us and so we were shown in [after waiting quite awhile for someone to appear] by one of the housekeepers who really was not that knowledgeable about the unit - although she was very nice and tried to be helpful. When one of the concierges was available they were quite helpful but you never knew when they would appear or disappear. We were definitely supplied adequately with beach umbrellas but not chairs and we were undersupplied with dishes in the kitchen. The kitchen was not particularly well equipped really only the most basic equipment.

All the comforts of home.
This is a one bedroom apartment that is new construction. I think about a year old. The apartment is nicely decorated and comfortable. The kitchen is complete with dishes, pans, and all necessary items. The balcony is giant with great out door furniture. The living room did not have curtains. The only mirror is over the bathroom sink. No full length mirror. I really liked that it is a 2 minute walk to the beach.

Hotellet har inte gångavstånd till restauranger eller några affärer (flera kilometer) men trots det ingen rekommendation om att hyra bil. Receptionen var endast bemannad under kontorstid och alla förfrågningar besvarades med att "ja, det ska vi undersöka" och sedan hördes inget mera. Telefonnummer som fanns uppskrivna för kontakt utanför kontorstid besvarades aldrig och ingen besvarade lämnade meddelanden. Hotellet har väldigt nära till fina stränder men att hyra bil var en nödvändighet för att kunna äta kunde de faktiskt meddelat. Ingen tillgång till taxi eller motsvarande heller. Rummet i sig var helt ok, lite synd att wifi inte fungerade särskilt bra.
