The hotel was nice and quiet. The only issue we had was the second day we were there the pool had so much chlorine added everyone who went into the pool ended up coughing and not being able to breathe out of my family and my sisters. Plus other guests around us. I ended up with a migraine from the pool chemicals but it was nice service

A circuit blew in my room and did not get fixed throughout my stay. I didn’t have a TV, fridge, or microwave - traveling with two kids - that made it tougher. The front desk told me when I checked out that I had to call Expedia for a refund. When Expedia reached out to the property, they denied the refund. The Manger of the property never reached out to me to make it.

I booked this property because they had a tub. I called to confirm it was working properly. I was told it would be be in a couple of days. When i arrived...it was full of concrete.. There is not a hot tub here anymore as of 1/23/24. The lies!

Perfect Hotel!
The hotel was wonderful! The front desk staff were so friendly and professional! Even the housekeepers on the elevator were friendly. The room was extra clean and the amenities were great. The breakfast was the best ever and managed with staff that were friendly and helpful.

Room reserved wasn’t what was selected. Hotel changed it and still wasn’t right. Reserved King studio suite, room reserved was a queen double suite. Asked for studio king suite and it was changed but to king suite handicap accessible

We were moved 3 times into different rooms and never could reach front desk with the phone in the final room. The front desk also charged my credit card when the room was reserved with Expedia. The charge was eventually refunded but a very poor experience at the front desk. We eventually stayed in room 326.

Nice stay
Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Check in was swift The room was neat and tidy. I will say for others you have to request housekeeping the day before or they won’t come.

This is our third time staying here, and we have always had a positive experience, the only small issue is the air conditioner in our room did not cool very well and it was slightly warmer than we are accustomed to. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

I stayed in a king's suite. It was very spacious and clean. The location of the hotel is very convenient. Walmart across the way Whole Foods 5 minutes away. And all you need is actually in the area. Food and other stores as well.

Disappointed in Hilton
Furniture was worn and dirty. Suites were nice and large. Shower outdated and poor water velocity. Not up to par with other Hilton properties.

This property doesn't deserve its label. It's overpriced, sold & smelly hallway. Facility doesn't have a backup generator so had to spend hours and hours without AC, lights and staff had no clue about what to do. Breakfast was cancelled on that day and the next day there was no fruits nor yoghurt.. and no apology nor refund. Staff didn't reset the wireless network after the storm and there was no internet anymore... Terrible experience!!!

Room was not the cleanest. Dirty handprints prints on door, some type of grime closet door that could easily transfer onto clothes. And worst of all urine on the toilet seat. Just by viewing you could tell some areas of the room had not been looked over to clean.

I was charged twice. The lady at the front desk was rude when I talked to her. I had to park in the bank parking lot because they had been a in the parking lot so it limited the parking.. I love staying in this hotel when I travel to Shreveport. But this time was a horrible stay
