To be recommended
Room was quiet, warm and comfortable, if somewhat old fashioned (some might it find charming). Wide selection of breakfast options. Very friendly owner. Excellent value for money.

9th stay here…always lovely
My 9th stay here and I don’t ever hesitate to book again when the comic con dates come out. Lovely welcoming hosts, gorgeous breakfast and brilliant location.

An Excellent Stay at a Top Class Guest House
Had an excellent night at this top class traditional guest house. The owners seem vastly experienced and it shows. The guest house is impeccably organised, spotless, and the freshly cooked hot breakfast superb. My room was quiet, spacious, comfortable, and very good value with plenty of space to work on my computer. Everything about the place reflected the skill, capability and professionalism of the owners and it was no surprise to read the raft of excellent reviews and numerous awards, accolades and accreditations framed on the hallway wall. A traditional and high standard 'old school' British guest house that provided a great stay.

True old fashioned hospitality
Lesley was an exceptional hostess who was attentive without being over bearing a quality that can often be lacking in these times obvious she has spent a long time within the hospitality industry a credit to the business .

Lovely overnight stay.
Easily accessible from main roads around Telford. Greeted warmly and shown to our lovely comfortable rooms. Good breakfast finished off an excellent stay.

The proprietor greeted us on arrival, very welcoming, personally took us to the room and made that we were settled in for our one night stay.

Comfortable and friendly.
Stayed for 1 night for work, ideal location for the hospital, 12 minute drive. Parking available, warm and comfortable room. I have nothing to complain about. Will definitely stay again. Lovely hosts.

This place is delightful as are the owners. The breakfast is great and I’ve stayed there about 5 or 6 times now because it’s just so lovely. Great takeaway across the road and a small coop but also 5 minutes from the TICC

Just what we needed
Friendly and welcoming, but not overbearing. Clean tidy and in great condition. Good breakfast served nicely. All in all excellent value. Thoroughly recommend.

Very comfortable bed and room. Good size room and bed for a single person. Normally us singletons get stuck away in a box room/cupboard. Lovely couple running it. Excellent breakfast, and plenty of it. I'm already looking for another night to stay there.

Welcoming and homely
Welcoming, homely, great breakfast and brilliant location. Great Chinese across the road with a coop and chip shop also nearby. This was my second stay abs I’ve already booked my third for another visit to the Telford ICC

Lovely old property, nicely maintained. Nice room, comfy bed, TV, free WiFi. English breakfast was nicely cooked. Hostess was friendly. Quiet and convenient location for Telford. I will stay again.

Lovely place, great owners
Absolutely lovely place. Run by welcoming people and gave me everything I needed for the weekend. Lovely breakfast and a great position with a Chinese takeaway across the road! I was booked again for April but wanted to check it out before I decide if I’ll cancel…I won’t be, looking forward to it.
