The floor in our room was very dirty, carpet and hard floors were not acceptable. Blood on the comforter on the bed, this had not been cleaned and unsanitary. Flies and 2 bees in the room, not sure how or where they got in but they were in there.

Our room was not cleaned when we arrived. We got to room there were no towels or toilet paper, the bed looked like someone had laid on it as the covers were pulled up but not made

Bathroom garbage was not taken out when we checked in. There was dirty diapers under the sink in bathroom.

It appeared the room was not cleaned. Bathroom was dirty, sheets appeared dirty. Beds were not comfortable. Dirty dishes in the dishwasher.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. There was complementary coffee but the cups were small styrofoam that didn't have any lids that fit. It would've been nice to have lids

Nice, clean hotel with friendly staff. The front desk found me a room that let me park my car right outside my window which was great!

Very clean and service was great. Only condition I had was Hotels.com provided a double Queen when I booked a King room.

The staff were super helpful and pleasant to work with. The room was exceptionally clean and fresh. They even installed a boot brush outside the front door to help keep the lobby clean from the oil workers' boots. Knowing there were lots of oil workers staying there, they designated a certain area for them to clean their work clothes separately from the other washers and driers, which kept the area super tidy. Nice and quiet in the hotel, just local workers coming home after work to clean up and socialize a little bit before bed. They were nice neighbors!

Nice, clean fairly new facility for a quick overnight on our road trip. No Breakfast but was perfect for what we needed!!! Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Very quiet area in ND, not too many people at the hotel but within walking distance to grocery store and several restaurants.

The king size suites are wonderful. Rooms clean and sanitizer available as needed.They were short staffed on housekeepers so sometimes I saw garbage sitting outside doors in hallway that were not removed for days (pizza boxes)

Our room was great just what we wanted, but there were a few things that could have been improved upon. First off we had a walk-in shower and there was no place to put ur shower accessories (soap, shampoo,etc) . Second, there was no phone book and for someone from out of the area hard to look in yellow pages for area stores and attractions. And lastly there were no Kleenex , most hotels have at least one box available for the guests, paper towels are a little hard on the noses, so had to buy our own. While I realize that all these things cost money, some of the little things are what make a hotel really stand out.

For cleanliness issues, some items were taken out of the rooms. However, all of these items are available (free of charge) at the front desk.

Great stay!
Excellent, clean, comfortable hotel. The workers were so friendly and accommodating! The Rodiron Restaurant nearby was an easy, convenient walk and had good food, as well.
