Emplacement: Notre hôtel est un peu loin du centre-ville, mais nous vous fournissons la navette gratuite 1 voie quotidienne vers le centre-ville tous les soirs de 18h00 à 20h00. Affectation de salles, vous aviez raison. Nous avons alloué dans le 1 grand lit double au rez-de-chaussée car nous étions complètement réservé la période que vous avez séjourné. Je comprends que tout le monde a un seuil différent et il semble que nous avons manqué la marque avec vous. Je suis désolé. 2. La visite organisée: C'était vraiment sûr que vous avez réservé l'impartition Tuk Tuk et guide qui vous coûtera 15,00 USD par jour pour le village flottant par votre propre et la tournée que vous avez fait sur votre propre n'étaient pas apparaître par leurs erreurs . Ce n'était pas notre faute. Et je dirais qu'il n'y a jamais eu les 15.00 USD pour guide et Tuk Tuk à Siem Reap pour ce prix. Vous avez réalisé que vous avez été trompé par votre guide et Tuk Tuk qui fait par vous-même et vous êtes revenus pour nous demander d'organiser la tournée pour vous et nous n'avons pas l'esprit sur vos aspects de l'arrangement de la tournée. Nous l'avons fait avec le prix raisonnable et vous avez accepté. Ce n'est pas de notre faute si vous n'avez pas fait le coucher de soleil vous-même. Je suis désolé de ne pas accepter cette erreur. 3. Insectes et moustiques: Notre hôtel A toujours pulvérisé 4 fois par mois, ce qui est le même niveau que d'autres hôtels à Siem Reap. Vous comprendrez peut-être que le Cambodge est un pays tropicale si partout où il a. J'espère que vous comprenez cela. J'espère que vous ne jugez pas toute l'entreprise par cette expérience unique. Nous nous efforçons de faire, juste une chose .... pour créer la connexion humaine positive.
