화장실 문이 안닫혔고 리셉션 남자직원도 호객행위 쩔고 혼자였으니 망정이지... 다시는 안갑니다. 방은 뭐 넓고 부대시설 하나도 없지만 청소는 매일 해주더라구요~

치명적 단점이 장점을 가린다
직원분들도 친절하시고 가격에 비해 숙소 상태도 좋았다. 그런데 문제는 화장실에서 녹물이 나와서 양치질을 할 때 입안이 불쾌했고, 찜찜한 느낌이 들어 샤워를 하지 못했다. 새벽에 주변에서 키우는 닭이 울어 잠을 설쳤다. 잠만 자고 다른 곳으로 이동하는 스케줄이라 다행이었다.

Dingy room, unhelpful staff.
Barely acknowledged by staff when I arrived. Dingy room with grotty bathroom (shower over the toilet). One of the complimentary bottles of water had already been opened. The place felt very insecure as well and the lock on the door did not seem to be good quality. Would not recommend staying here if you plan to spend any time in your room.

Not a great experience!
The room was substandard with no window that opened and the fan was not powerful. I didn't sleep for 2 nights as the room was as hot as an oven. Unless your backpacking and don't care about any basic facilities I would not stay here at all.

More than adequate for amazingly cheap price
For what we paid, less than $10, this was more than adequate--no frills, no extras, terrible wifi, but it was clean and comfortable enough with hot showers and a large balcony.

Abbiamo scelto questa guest house perché è situata in una strada tranquilla, ad una distanza ragionevole dal centro della città, ma abbastanza lontano per sfuggire al trambusto. Nelle vicinanze si trova tutto il necessario: negozi, ristoranti, tuk-tuk. Le camere sono confortevoli e pulite ed economiche. La connessione wi-fi andrebbe migliorata. Il personale si è dimostrato molto amichevole.

とにかく安かったです。エアコンなしでしたが思ったほど暑くありませんでした。シャワーは最初熱湯出ません。フロントのおばちゃんに頼むとブレーカーを入れてくれて出るようになります。

Very accessible location.
The service is fine. The location is very near to the national road and to all famous establishments in the area. Hopefully, slippers are also provided. 😉😀

Decent stay
Good for a short stay. Close to food, room big , pillows and bed very hard though and staff seemed like they hated their life . For the price it’s really good

โรงแรมอยู่ไม่ไกลจากจุดท่องเที่ยวมากนักสามารถเดินทางไปจุดต่างๆได้อย่างสะดวกไดบ้ๆบริเวณนั้นมีอาหารขายมีไวไฟและไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย สภาพห้องไม่ใหม่แต่พออยู่ได้ตามราคา

great and cheap place to stay in siem reap
A great place with very friendly and accommodating staff. Cozy rooms with big and comfortable beds. Very quiet area with several local shops around, not far from the centre, and on the way to the archeological park. Great value for money. I can highly recommend their taxi and tuc-tuc service as well - good price (generally better or same as the price you can manage to haggle with tuc-tuc drivers in the streets) and nice drivers too.

スタッフが優しいホテル
部屋はエアコンがなくて少し暑いですが 綺麗でスタッフも優しくて良かったです ただ、暑いと言ってもよるは温かいシャワーが欲しくなるのに、温水が出ない 給湯器があるのに出ないのでスタッフに言ったら渋々スイッチを入れてくれた 最初から入れておいてほしい

Quiet location, clean with gleaming floors
Very kind and helpful staff, excellent cook for breakfasts and lunches and near good restaurant for dinner, found me a very good tuk tuk driver near by to take me to the ruins at Ankgor Wat for the three days I stayed there, and made my visit a success.

Night receptionist has an attitude
I arrived here with my booking in hand only to be told they had no record of it. Now this was not necessarily the hotels fault but the attitude I got was outrageous. I had booked 3 nights but was told that seeing as they had no record of the booking they would only allow me to stay for 2. After showing my booking to the receptionist on duty (again) he relented and let me stay (grudgingly) for the 3 nights. I'm always willing to give a place a 2nd chance so I actually later booked a 1 night stay and the attitude I received from the night receptionist was exactly the same. At one point I went to reception to see if I can buy some bottled water and it was like I had asked them to prepare a buffet meal for 10 people. I eventually went to buy some from elsewhere, seeing as the fridge was locked up for the night, only to find I had locked my key in the room. So I again went to reception to ask for help, after waiting for about 10 mins he eventually turned around and asked "WHAT??!!". Only when I asked him "What's with the attitude?" & "Should I go to another hotel?" was I eventually given any semblance of good customer service. The rooms were also not fantastic but I was not expecting a 5 star hotel so I was willing to cope with that. Essentially what i'd say is find another place to stay, there's no shortage of hotels for the same price and at least you'll be treated like a human being.

Good for the money.
Great location... easy to get anywhere by cheap tuk-tuk. Power went out twice, Wi-Fi was 50/50, A/C was too week for the large room we were in, but the ceiling fan was great along with the A/C. Large hotel. Good for the money.

Goo size budget hotel
Big hotel, we were surprised. The price was very good. The A/C didn't work in the room assigned, so they quickly moved us to another room of the same size and layout with a working A/C, although the A/C is not powerful enough for the size of the room. The power went out twice on the block during our stay. HSH didn't have a generator. Other then those 2 instances the hotel was perfectly fine (although Wi-Fi was 50/50).

You get what you pay for
There was this unpleasent smell that we suspect was mold. Linen was dirty and the room hardly cleaned. A/C was ancient - judging by both effect and sound. In short, the room was not what we expected based on the pictures and the description provided by the hotel. However, this is propably the best you are likely to get for this price - for better, you simply have to raise your budget a bit.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! It was in a great loation and the staff were super friendly and helpful, wish we could have stayed longer in Siem Reap.

Hotellin henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä, he tarjoutuivat hakemaan ilmaiseksi bussiasemalta ja ottivat lämpimästi vastaan. Hotelli oli siisti, mutta minulle ja ystävälleni tuli oireita siellä nukkuessamme. Aamulla toisella oli kurkku kipeä ja toisella meni nenä tukkoon. Epäilimme huoneessa olevan hometta, sillä olo helpottui heti kun pääsimme ulos hotellista ja palautui kun palasimme hotelliin. Toinen huono puoli oli se, että Wi-fi ei toiminut huoneissa, vaan piti mennä yleiselle parvekkeelle päästäkseen nettiin. Hinta-laatu -suhde oli kuitenkin erittäin hyvä.

For the price you can't complain. Good breakfast, rooms comfortable but tired, and you can get cheaper tuk tuks in the street than the ones they organise for you at the desk.

OK, get what you pay for
I stayed one month in this hotel. If you want luxury, pay for it. If you want a clean safe and locally close hotel, this one will do. Don't expect air conditioning, hot water, or other comforts. I did fine without it, the street also is not paved, but that is just for one block. Staff was nice, but if you meet someone, don't bring them to your room, they won't let them in. It's for your protection. The restaurant is good with cheap food, laundry is available, there are several in just the same street. Loved Cambodia, GO!

ランドリーのサービスに出したが、タオルが1枚なくなった。やたらと「明日の予定は？」と聞いてくる。決めていた予定を話すと、「いくら？」や「時間が十分ではない」といった意見を出し、そのホテルで予約できるツアーを進めてきた。それは、特定の1人のスタッフのみだったが。一方で、外国人バックパッカーも多いので、外国人だからといって浮く印象はない。

Surprised that it was mandatory to remove shoes before entering hotel. Rather inconvenient. Also, although it was supposed to have hot water the room I had didn't have any working hot water.
