Nothing is true. We are 100 meters from 2 public car parks. Our B&B is in the Corso Principale, 50 meters from the square. It is well located for shops, bars and restaurants

We had a good-sized bedroom attached to a private bathroom. Our window had a charming view over the rooftops of Pienza. Our hosts, Carlos and his wife, were very friendly and helpful. We were able to arrange transportation to the Chiusi train station with Carlos at the end of our stay. The property was clean and charming and is on a lovely winding street in old Pienza. My only caution is that for people with physical disabilities there are two long flights of stairs to the B&B.

Beb posizionato al centro ma dato che Pienza è piccolina tutti gli Hotels, beb è affitta camere hanno il vantaggio di essere al centro, forse per loro l’unica nota positiva poteva essere questa. Per il resto : una soffitta piccola e caldissima con il bagno posizionato da un’altra parte, la pulizia scarsa, il servizio colazione pessimo. Parlando con il titolare viene fuori che la Colpa è di Hotels.com che ha voluto affittare a tutti i costi la stanza e che il loro ricavato è bassissimo. Di fatto nn la consiglio è il mio giudizio è negativo in tutto.

Well Priced Stay With Amazing Rooftop Views
Nice accommodation at a reasonable price. Lovely hosts. Good breakfast.... with delicious homemade pastries, cakes. Be aware that it requires three flights of stairs to reach the guest house and walking from the closest point permitted only to drop off bags which was a couple blocks from the hotel entrance. Must find your own parking in a public parking lot that allows overnight parking. In our case it was probably a half mile away but a fairly flat picturesque walk overlooking the valley d'oro so it was a nice walk. Staying here is not for the faint of heart but it will be rewarded by kind and considerate hosts with access to the rooftop with Uber fantastic 360 degree views of the city and Tuscan countryside.

Sale de bain séparée de la chambre.....mauvais accueil .....et petit déjeuner restrictif ( heureusement il restait des biscottes!! ) .... comment à fait cet établissement pour obtenir 9.6 ?? Pour nous 3 ou 4 est un maximum ... à fuir !!

Милый отельчик в самом центре. Провели 2 дня. Главное достоинство - это крохотная, но идеальная Пьенца и окрестности долины Валь д Орча - всё в шаговой доступности. После шумной, тесной и душной Сиены - настоящий рай для неспешного отдыха. Из всех городков Тосканы, Пьенца - лучшее что я видел )

Beautiful terrace view, in the heart of pienza. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Room and facilities were wonderful. No elevator so not accessible for diasibilities and rough to carry luggage up.

nightmare in Pienza
Horrible! I had to change hotels. The bathroom was not inside my room! There was no one to let me in! The hotel was empty. I had to go someplace to make a phone call. A man answered and said he would meet me outside. I stood on the street for 20 minutes before he came to open the door! Inside there hardly was any light, had to climb three stories to get to my room with no air conditioning or fan and a tiny window!

Ci siamo fermati una sola notte ma siamo stati subito incantati dalla meraviglia del posto, Il Rossellino è situato all'interno delle antiche mura e permette di vivere l magica atmosfera di PIENZA soprattutto dopo le 20. Grazie alla indicazioni dateci dai nostri anfitrioni abbiamo potuto gustare a pieno tute le bellezze della città e anche le indicazioni enogastronomiche sono state utilissime.

Intimo e accogliente in pieno centro
Il B&B ha una posizione perfetta a due passi dai principali punti di interesse di Pienza, non molto distante dai parcheggi a striscia biance appena fuori il borgo. Il personale è stato molto disponibile e cortese. L'ambiente è informale e i proprietari molto simpatici. La colazione era molto buona e abbondante. L'unica carenza è legata all'assenza di un ascensore, questo BB non è accessibile a persone con problemi di mobilità dato che è necessario salire alcune rampe di scale. Tuttavia questo è parte del suo fascino, infatti sembra di entrare in un'abitazione privata.

On the main street of Pienza
First of all the staff said our booking was cancelled due to miscommunication with expedia. Therefore, the room we have booked is no longer available. There are still rooms available, however with a shared bathroom (more like a hostel rather than hotel). The alternative option is to go for the apartment, which is more expensive. So, not a good first impression (oh after going up to floors by stairs..)

Ho soggiornato in questo piacevole B&B 1 notte in agosto. Situato sulla via principale e pedonale di Pienza all'ultimo piano di un vecchio palazzo un po' da ristrutturare. Al contrario del palazzo, il B&B è ben sistemato in stile rurale toscano così come l'arredamento. Dalla nostra camera si gode di una vista meravigliosa sui tetti del paese e sulle belle colline circostanti. Particolarmente suggestivo il panorama dalla terrazza. I giovani gestori, marito e moglie, sono stati molto gentili e accoglienti. Essendo io celiaca, hanno preparato una colazione senza glutine con un'ampia scelta di prodotti, dai biscotti, alle fette biscottate, alle merendine. Manca l'ascensore ma vale la pena fare un po' di scale.

Pienza hotel - worth a look
My wife and I stayed 3 nights, and found the hotel to be more than acceptable. It was a bit difficult to find the hotel office (gotta find the door with poor signage, get buzzed in, and walk up two long flights of stairs to the "office"). Also quite unusual to be given a tour and choice of three rooms, one of which was an apartment down the street and around the corner. We chose the apartment, and very glad we did. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Pienza - what a charming place. One of our favorite things was the nighttime tradition in town of gathering in the town square by the church - families come out to visit, kids are playing and riding bikes until 9 or 10, definitely one of our favorite memories.

Medieval Italy
We decided to say in a nice Tuscan city on a hill and wanted to simply park the care and stay for a few days. This hotel in Pienza was perfect, about 100 yards from parking yet within the core city. The house was ancient but recently redone with very nice modern kitchen and bathrooms. On the roof was an unexpected balcony with a stunning view of the surrounding hills. I'd highly recommend this for a visit to Pienza.

B&B molto panoramico, personale molto gentile e disponibile. Camera e bagno spaziosi. Le camere si trovano all'ultimo piano di un palazzo privo di ascensore: questo potrebbe esser un problema per famiglie con bambini piccoli o per persone con difficoltà di deambulazione

Stedet bestyres af en meget venlig mand, der leder et usædvanligt velrestaureret og originalt, gammelt hus. Værelserne er smukke og romantiske,og der er adgang til en af Pienzas eneste tagterrasser, hvorfra der er en fantastisk udsigt over byens tage og det omkringliggende landskab.Men man skal være parat til at klare nogle trapper...
