La struttura è pulita e piacevole, immersa nel verde. La proprietaria è stata cordiale e disponibile ad effettuare il check-in in tarda serata con un sistema automatico. Unica nota negativa è che, in mancanza di denaro contante per pagare la tassa di soggiorno di 4 euro, il mio compagno ha dovuto percorrere 4km in salita in bicicletta (mezzo con cui ci spostavamo) per ritirare in banca. Ci è dispiaciuto che la proprietaria non ci abbia offerto un mezzo alternativo avendo a disposizione la macchina.

Un joli coin de campagne à la ville.
Très bel emplacement au calme, à l'extérieur de la ville. Bon petit déjeuner. Joli jardin accueillant. Dommage que la chambre n'ait pas été bien aérée et que je n'aie pas reçu d'aide pour porter mes bagages dans l'escalier. Personnel très sympathique.

Mariachiara was very flexible regarding the check in time and we felt very welcomed in the B&B. She kindly shared with us her tips on the city of Siena and suggested the places to visit. The room was perfect for the stay, very clean and well organized, nothing was missing! It smelt like flowers inside. The breakfast was perfect, there was lots of food, also self-made, and attention was given to intollerances and allergies. We can really recommed this place for a stay, thumb up!

Una villetta nella campagna di Siena che a vista sembrerebbe lontana dal centro città che in realtà si trova a 200mt da un grande parcheggio gratuito dal quale è facile raggiungere a piedi le porte del centro storico. Colazione abbondante e casereccia poche camere ampio bagno Difficile trovare la struttura senza navigatore

Tranquil Villa requires a car
Beautiful Villa away from the centre. Julia who was managing the place was absolutely fantastic in every way. She kept the place very clean and was very helpful in carrying my bags. Breakfast was good with fresh fruit and eggs added to the continental breakfast. Only problem is you need a car. It’s a very long walk to the centre and not very safe. The bus runs in one directon and every 30 mins (Sunday’s every hour) and the last bus is around 8:30pm. Which does not give you time to enjoy a relaxed dinner in the centre and it’s dangerous to walk back. I would definitely recommend this place if you have a car. Thank you Julia for a lovely stay

Bel B&B in villa storica, ristrutturato e ben tenuto, simpaticissima e disponibilissima la proprietaria, posizionato nelle colline subito a ridosso dalla città a piedi è circa 1 km dal centro, altrimenti sulla strada sotto il B&B ci sta la fermata dell'autobus, non so dire se siano frequenti le corse dell'autobus. Colazione abbondantissima e stupenda. consigliato

This was such a wonderful place!! Do not pay attention to the past couple reviews because this property owner was so nice!! She was amazing and so kind. She would go out of her way to help you. Beautiful place so close to the center. Easy short walk and the train station is about 20 minutes to 25 mins max!!! If you love dogs, she has the sweetest well behaved black lab that is so wonderful and welcoming!!! A great place to stay!!

Crook and Thief at this B&B
Horrible rude mean nasty and selfish Property Owner who refused to open any doors at 8:40 p.m. and after are banging on doors and windows and calling long distance at $5 a minute to her Italian telephone number at 9:02 p.m. her excuse was we don't let anyone check in after 8 p.m. Then she refused to refund the money. She is a crook and a thief. Do not go there.

B&B in unmittelbarer Stadtnähe
War etwas schwer zu finden, da in einer kleinen Seitenstraße gelegen. Wir sind "von oben" gekommen - hier fährt man ein ganzes Stück eine unbefestigte PrivatStraße entlang - hier wäre ein Hinweisschild hilfreich. Das Zimmer war soweit okay. Allerdings hat man die Federn der Matratze beim Liegen gespürt. Beim Frühstück gab es nur noch 4 Scheiben Toast. Dafür sehr viel eher süße Dinge. Das Mädel an der Rezeption und beim Frühstück hätte etwas mehr auf Zack sein können. Sehr gut ist der eigene Parkplatz.

A good option if you have a car
We found the B&B convenient but only because we had a car, otherwise, it's a little bit far from the city center. When we arrived, the owner was away, but available on phone and explained us exactly how to enter so that went alright.

La estancia fue perfecta. El alojamiento es precioso con todo el encanto de una antigua casa de campo. Teníamos habitación con baño dentro y era cómoda y muy limpia. Los jardines perfectos para una cena a la luz de las velas. La chica que lo lleva un encanto.

Estancia adecuada para visitar Siena, pero es dificil de llegar si no tienes GPS. Es una villa , pero esta cerca la autopista. El trato con la dueña fue correcto y amable, pero no tanto como ponen algunos comentarios. En mi opinion, aunque esta bien, deberian cuidar un poco mas el jardin, daria mucho mas juego

Slecht te vinden, locatie prima, service minder
Slecht te vinden, routeplanner werkt niet. Weg er naar toe kan veel simpeler, die route zou aangegeven moeten worden. Lopend ben je in 30 minuten in het centrum van Siena. Als je meedeelt dat je om half negen wilt eten is het ontbijt pas echt om negen uur klaar. Kamer heel groot met uitzicht op Siena. Eigenaresse is er niet alleen op bepaalde tijden.

The hotel is in condition like from movie Mamma Mia. During the night when I turned on the side my bed fell down.In the bathroom the shower handle was leaking.

Good morning, I would have liked to apologize for the presence ... but at check-out I did not receive any complaints about it. Certainly I had been told at the time I would have repaired the damages, rather than at the time of the accommodation of the rooms find with surprise the mattress net with the stocked screw and the shower handle dropped to the ground.

esperienza da dimenticare, nonostante aver avvisato la struttura del mio arrivo per le 17.30 una volta arrivato ho trovato tutto chiuso, dopo aver contattato la proprietaria scopro che la mia camera è stata presa da un altro cliente che invece di prendere la chiave dalla propria stanza ha preso anche la mia per poi occuparla. Sono stato costretto ad aspettare fuori al freddo come un cane la proprietaria per ben 40 minuti (che avrei potuto impiegare diversamente) per poi non avere la mia camera sin dall'inizio ma sono stato costretto ad aspettare che gli occupanti della mia stanza se ne andassero, alla fine la camera l'ho ricevuta alle 21. A colazione ho chiesto gentilmente dell'acqua in bottiglia (per problemi di salute non posso bere acqua del rubinetto) e mi è stato rinfacciato che avrei dovuto pagarla perchè era un servizio extra. Non ho mai visto un B&B servire acqua del rubinetto e far pagare la bottiglietta d'acqua. VERGOGNOSO!
buongiorno, aspettavo la Sua recensione negativa... e mi piacerebbe soprattutto che siano veritiere e costruttive Per quanto riguarda la Sua attesa fuori , purtroppo, se non mi viene comunicato l'orario di arrivo non avendo una reception fissa mi trovo costretta a lasciare le chiavi all'interno di una cassetta custodita per evitare , appunto, lunghe attese al mio arrivo. E' vero c'è stata questa confusione di chiavi, sono arrivata dopo 20 minuti dalla Sua chiamata (il tempo della strada ) scusandomi e per riparare al disguido Le ho dato le chiavi di un'altra camera col bagno in comune e Lei stesso mi ha detto che non ci sarebbero stati problemi , in quanto preferiva uscire per fare un giro e sarebbe rientrato per le 20,30 . Il suo soggiorno è andato bene, Lei e la Sua compagna non siete stati trattati come cani... anzi... il problema è sorto solo quando al momento di pagare, mi ha chiesto uno sconto con la minaccia di parlare con un avvocato ... lo sconto lo ha ricevuto comunque... per quanto riguarda l'acqua, è potabile quella del rubinetto ed a Lei è stata data una bottiglietta ogni mattina (che comunque non avrei MAI fatto pagare), ma dato il Suo voler puntualizzare TUTTO, io ho voluto precisarLe le mie forme di cortesia e gentilezza . The hotel is a family business and was closed when we arrived. After a couple of hours we called and the owner said she wasn't aware of our stay because Expedia was not contacted them telling about our reservation. The room was cold in winter and very far from some life in the city. A dissapointing experience for us and Expedia must contact us in order to repair this frustration.

It was alright
It was not easy to locate the place with public transport. The mattress on the bed was old and uncomfortable. When I arrived there was nobody to receive me. I hadn't activated call roaming so the owner couldn't call me to let me know where to find my key. It was frustrating because I had to ask the neighbour to help me. Nobody stays in the house, since the owner didnt meet me to greet me or show me my room etc., there was nobody to answer questions about where to go and how to get there etc for my first day in Siena. A time wasn't arranged for breakfast so I got cold eggs. The house is clean. My stay was generally alright but could have been so much better

Belle résidence cachée
Excellent séjour dans cet endroit un peu en retrait de la ville, et très difficile à trouver, même avec un GPS. Très beau domaine, endroit calme et reposant. Service excellent, incluant le petit déjeuner.

Perfekt um Siena zu entdecken
Wir hatten das Apartment im Erdgeschoss. Das Haus sowie der Garten sind in sehr gutem Zustand. Das Personal war nett und vorausdenkend, da wir uns nicht erreicht hatten. das Apartment war gross und sauber. Im Zimmer war ein etwas seltsamer Feuchitigkeitsgeruch. Aber ansonsten absolut empfehlenswert.

Nous n'avons fait qu'une nuit d'étape mais c'était très bien: très bon emplacement, villa dans la campagne à deux minutes du centre de Sienne et avec une jolie vue. Propre et confortable, nous y retournerons sans problème!

Очень красивое и романтичное место
Очень красивое и романтичное место. Живешь на вилле в деревне, а до центра великолепной Сиены всего 15 минут. Очень приветливая и заботливая хозяйка.

Easy walking distance to the heart of the old city
We found arriving by train difficult and confusing to catch a bus. Taxi was the best option. Our host was very helpful and obliging , she drove us to our hire car centre to pick up our rental car. We cannot thank her enough. Breakfast choices were very good. Lovely grounds and a large bedroom.
