토스카나의 멋진 풍경
호텔 깨끗하고 직원들 친절하고 주변경치가 끝내줍니다. 둥굴둥굴한 능선으로 둘러싸여 힐링하기에 좋을것 같아요. 여름에는 풀장도 운영하니 더 좋을듯 하네요..

Bellissimo hotel, ottima la colazione. Mi è sembrato un po’ eccessivo il prezzo della spa (di cui non abbiamo usufruito). 30 euro a testa. Considerato il prezzo elevato dell’hotel mi sarei aspettata l’accesso gratuito per i clienti dell’hotel. Per il resto tutto perfetto.

10 minute drive from San Gimignano with great views, place was well kept with beautiful grounds and a nice pool. Staff was courteous and breakfast was average for an hotel of this level. We had an issue with the air conditioning that wasn't cooling off since the beginning, and even tho the technician came out to the room, the issues remained. Suspecting that for containing energy costs they kept the level at 25 or so.. I hope that's not the case. Not sure if I will return.

We used to stay in this property before , and the reason to rebooking was because we had before a complete experience This time we didn’t have a good experience at all; we requested two room with panoramic views , and we had a parking view (room 136) , horrible view ; cars parking instead of Tuscany landscaping…. We didn’t have our room cleaned properly the next day- didn’t give us new towels or remplace more shampoo etx … they left our dirty tray of dishes form dinner there etx … walls dirty , the property looks very old now , it’s not fresh as before … We complain about the bad service of our room and for the parking view and they basically didn’t do anything to compensate or to offer another room with view (we requested by written and they answers us confirming it …)

Beautiful Tuscany retreat
The resort was overall beautiful and clean looking. Our room had no real issues, but the bed was a little older and slightly soft. My wife and I slept very well though. The soaps and toiletries they provided were great. For the price and area, I think it was a good value. I would stay again.

Hotel is in the county which was nice to not be in San Gimignano. No complaints from our stay, service was ok. View from breakfast area was fantastic.

Bella struttura contornata dal verde, molto grande e personale molto gentile e carino. Il ristorante è molto buono con vista spettacolare, anche la spa è carina ma peccato per tutto quel calcare visibile... La stanza era spaziosa e carina, anche se la moquette mi ha fatto pensare che con una piccola ristrutturazione guadagnerebbe ancora più punti.

Overall good stay; would come back
Beds are comfortable, pillows are flat and kind of hard , clean good size rooms. Tried breakfast which has good selection and tried dinner which was just fine; food could have improvement. Very friendly staff. Beautiful views; just 13 min from St Gimigiano.

Eigentlich ein sehr schönes Hotel in guter Lage. Insbesondere die Zimmer in der alten Villa sind groß und ruhig. Unser Aufenthalt wurde nur getrübt durch die täglich an- und abreisenden Bustouristen. In der Lobby wurden lautstark die Zimmer vergeben. Beim Frühstück fühlte man sich an ein drei Sterne Hotel auf Mallorca in Hochsasion erinnert. Schade, es hätte ein erholsamer Aufenthalt werden können.

We had fun, don't get me wrong. I give this property a tepid review because it is a cardboard cutout in some ways -- not what it would say that it is. The location is excellent, grounds amazing, great staff in most ways, spa is so convenient. But here are the things that surprised me. Poor communication regarding the couples spa -- rubbed me completely the wrong way in that they encouraged me to go to the pool and enjoy some of the "5 hours of complimentary spa services." That refers to the pool in the lower level. It is AMAZING. So relaxing, best pool area I have seen, indoor and outdoor, look out at the property -- AMAZING. The problem: later I found out my girlfriend could not go because I went and there is a one time ACCESS per room for the 5 hour option. SO, that set me off. I was there 1 hour, they pushed me, it was disappointing. They did not offer for her and I to pay to go, it seemed like NOPE, just can't. Odd, I know. THEN, the restaurant. The staff is not very accommodating, very limited and a bit extreme of a menu. 5 entrees and two were Wild Boar and Duck -- somewhat exotic. Not bad, just something to be aware of. Small bar with a GREAT bartender -- Yuri. Room: bathtub was a bit dirty. Overall furnishings are very dated. I am not one to complain about fixtures, but the bathroom was a 1990's nightmare. Again, had fun. But this place needs to come with better 'instructions.'
