Would have given a better review if... 1.) it were clear on you reservation page that housekeeping is only one a week 2.) if housekeeping had actually shown when scheduled 3.) if the jacuzzi had been operational We do appreciate that fresh bath linens were available daily at the front desk and that basic kitchen supplies (pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc.) were included. I would stay here again.

Nice Place with noisy rooms
we stayed just one night. The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly..The room was clean, the mattress in good shape. However, The pillows were way too soft. The refrigerator and heating/cooling unit were extremely noisy. These two items made a peaceful nights sleep impossible.

As close to home as you can get!
This was an amazing experience! Staff was probably the friendliest I have ever experienced, hotel was super clean, bed was so comfortable and everything I needed to feel at home while away from home was right there for me! This was the best hotel experience I have ever had! Hands down!

Very friendly staff. Awesome sitting area with barbeque and tables next to the pool. They were renovating but everything was very clean.

Would stay here again.
Business trip. Room was clean and quiet. Wifi was slow, but I didn't have too much work to do on my computer. Furniture was worn; there was a cover on the desk chair. Overall, good for a quick visit. I would stay here again.

Comfortable and quiet.
Somehow I missed the part about the hotel being pet-friendly. Good for those with pets, but not for those with pet allergies. The room was clean and overall my allergies didn't flare up much. Tucked away behind an IHop (which made for a convenient breakfast), the property is quiet. The room was comfortable. Staff was decent.

Clean, quiet, friendly place to stay!
I was in the area for a wedding so only stayed one night. I plan to return in the fall and think this will be a great place to stay and take advantage of activities such as hiking in the local mountains as well as visiting Tombstone and Bisbee.

Convenient Stay
The location is perfectly on a main street and not too far from the army post, with lots of food nearby and things to do. Quiet and clean hotel, great accommodating staff (got me a few hour late check out free of charge) nice hotel gym and wonderful complete room with kitchen appliances and anything you would need to use in the kitchen as well.

Great Stay at the Candlewood Suites ....
Had a nice time at the Candlewood Suites in Sierra Vista. It worked great for us, we loved having a full size fridge & freezer (and being right next door to the IHOP was great too!). Everything was very clean and it was very quiet up on the top floor.

Nice staff, easy parking, central to everything. Room was clean and spacious. Comfortable pillows but I didn't sleep well.

The heating/cooling system was not working properly our first night. Jim--head of maintenance--responded promptly the next morning and took care of the problem. He was very competent and personable.

OK hotel in town
There was a war between the refrigerator and the heater as to which could make the most noise. There was no one available to address the issue except allow us to move to another smaller room. Finally turned off heat and unplugged the refrigerator so we could sleep.

Absolutely Fabulous!
Staff was wonderful. I'm a hotel snob and a clean freak. I travel with disinfectant wipes that's how crazy I get about the hotel rooms. Let's just say it was clean and I didn't need my wipes. Will be back to stay again without a doubt.

A totally new experience
We were in town for a couple of different reasons. We had never stayed at Candlewood Suites before and we were pleasantly surprised at the service, the accommodations and the general appearance of the room. We will definitely consider this hotel for future visits.

Excellent hotel with very friendly staff. Rooms are spacious and mini kitchen is more than adequate. Although there is no restaurant, an excellent IHOP is right next door.

Great place to stay.
Having stayed at several other places in Sierra Vista, this was by far the best place yet and I will stay again when in town. The price is reasonable, the staff friendly and helpful, and the room clean and very comfortable.
