We do our best to provide a cozy stay in a historic hotel (built in 1908), and to be very clear that breakfast is continental (not hot), and there are no TVs, as the space is designed to feel like going back in time. Hi Carlos, we sincerely apologize that your stay wasn't comfortable with us. We are surprised, and wish you would have let us know what you needed, as our caretaker is available 24 hours. We do have central heating & plenty of extra blankets, and there are 4 shared bathrooms in the house that are all fully open & functional. Our Inn was built in 1908, and we pride ourselves in keeping a comfy, clean, and nice place to stay in a historic town. We are new owners and are doing lots of work to create a place that feels like home. Again, we apologize if our space wasn't what you expected upon booking--we do our best to provide all the information, photos, and ensure a positive experience in Old Bisbee.
