Place looked better in the pictures than in person. I didn't like the fact that there was no shampoos in the containers in the shower, there is rust on the light fixture and vents as well as traces of mold on the walls on the bathroom.

When I first arrived I had to wait 10-15 minutes to be helped… the woman wouldn’t even make eye contact with me. After check in and finding our room… the carpet was filthy with dirt and rocks, mashed roaches on the walls and BED BUGS! My husband got over 50 bites. Beware!

The sheets were stained. The towels were stained as well the air conditioner/heater was dusty. Since there was so much dust on it I could not turn the heater on and it was cold that night.

No hand towel holder by sink. Shampoo/conditioner holders empty. Nothing to hold onto getting in and out of bathtub/shower. 1 small bar of soap for two people. Room looked shaby and needs updating. Curtains had dirty stains on them. 1 pack of sugar...no cream for 2 people. Ice machine broken! Would not stay there again!

The owners were nice my bed had dirt in it because of a hester_air conditioner blowing over it it was basically clean the staff took off for Christmas so they couldn't get to my room I threw my own garnage away but I was ok with it I guess for 60.00 a night cant ask for much

AC/Heating unit very loud couldn’t hear tv nor speak on phone with it running, very out dated property, shower and tub was too scary looking to use, blanket had burn marks on it. The service was nice as staff were very friendly. Room was very very small. I’ve been to better accommodations for similar price I paid for the nights stay. Was only given 30 minutes when requesting late check out.

The check in process was very unprofessional and they demanded cash payment for fees that were not clearly disclosed on Expedia. While speaking to the second person trying to check in, another patron came in and paid cash. While speaking with Expedia about the situation, we had ample time to look around and found the place was very run down, dirty, and the building was showing signs of neglect. We ultimately did not stay here and when I was discussing this location with locals, they indicated that there are frequent arrests made at Magnuson for drugs, human trafficking, and other things. A quick google search did support their claims about the happenings at this particular hotel. Ultimately I'm glad that we didn't stay here.

Didn’t like the tiny bugs on the floor, but the staff let us know the bugs were harmless. Liked that the staff was courteous, friendly, and waited for our late arrival. Very quiet surroundings; easy to sleep and/or watch TV. Very friendly and clean restaurants nearby.

This is a dated strip motel. De je vue from the 1960’s However, it is exceptionally clean. The thin towels changed out every day. Quiet location All amenities in room in good working order. Great value fir your dollar!

This is not a hotel… it is a MOTEL! Bed sheet is DIRTY, one pillow case is dirty and had hair… window kept making noise of wind, and fridge was loud too.

I reserved a non smoking room for my family, 2 adults 4 children. A couple of weeks before our trip, I received a call asking if they could move us to another room and they would make sure we had 3 beds. I agreed since we were getting enough beds. When we arrived, the room only had two beds and I could smell smoke as soon as I opened the door. I went to the front desk and was told they could move us to another room for $20. I told the manager about the call and she said she had no record of it, that she is there 24/7 and she never called me. She insisted I had reserved a smoking room. The new room was bigger but it seemed like it had not been deep cleaned for a while.

The room was nice and spacious. It was quiet. Ice machine and soda machine on property did not work. My main complaint was the bugs. They were all in the microwave and in the refrigerator. They were coming from everywhere in the kitchen. I would definitely stay again but I'm bringing my own cleaning supplies and I will be armed with a can of bug spray
