Motel failed to notify Expedia that they had no rooms, so we ended up not having the room we paid for. Expedia won't issue a refund because they say they reserved a room for us.

This is an older property and while they are trying hard to refresh it, it has some issues. While I believe my room was technically clean, there were stains on the bedding and sheets. The bed had only a very thin spread and a sheet; not enough covers to stay warm without turning up the heat. The heater was loud and created quite a breeze that seemed to hit me no matter which bed I tried. There was quite a bit of road noise all night as well. On the plus side, it had a complete kitchen with refrigerator and stove/oven and microwave. The people in the office were friendly and I’m sure they would have come up with an extra blanket if I had asked. I just needed a place to sleep for two nights and did not stay in my room during the day, so it was adequate for my needs.

The price was definitely good and the neighborhood fine. But the heater didn't work and the gossamer bedspread couldn't keep up with the cold. Nice kitchenette but you'll need cutlery and anything else needed for cooking and eating.

Not friendly staff, dingy room
Check in was awkward. I stood at the desk for a while and when someone came out he just asked what I was there for. I told him to check in and he seemed confused. The room was okay. It needs to be cleaned more. Most surfaces were greasy or just dusty. The bed is too hard. The sheets had cigarette burns. The kitchenette is nice but doesn't come with supplies. I don't know if I would stay here again.

My boyfriend came back to the hotel a little before 9am, and found house keeping in our room. He was standing infront of the sink. When my boyfriend asked him what he was doing, he stumbled on his words and replyed with.." i was just checking to see if you guys were checking out or staying over." I loved this hotel. The only thing the traffic was loud all night long. But they have places to be too. Absolutely loved my room. Had kitchenette with q bed and a single bed. Awsome people awsome stay. Thank you again.

The ratings on Expedia was 8/10, so naturally we thought this was going to be a good experience. There were stains in the floor, pines in our shower, it smelled like cat urine, there was no glass in the peephole in the door, there was literally a sign saying to keep all things locked because of how sketchy the area was, always has to ring the bell to get service, our key randomly stopped working halfway through the stay, dirt and dust left in the bathroom. We stayed because we had already paid and we didn’t have anywhere else to go, but we will definitely not be back.

The property and room were clean but dated. The pricing was appropriate for the condition. Location was appropriate for our travels. Office staff were friendly and efficient. Had a problem with our initial room (TV didn’t work) and we were moved to another room in just a few minutes.

For an older motel it was very well maintained. Although we did not have a reason to use it, it did have a kitchenette. The pillows were very thin. The air conditioner made an alien like noise when it started up and stopped. Like a spaceship.
