I didn’t like the breakfast. The potatoes were supposed to be crispy on the outside and tender on the inside but they were just soggy and also the French toast sticks were soggy as well. Only one choice of protein. I don’t even like sausage links. They should’ve had at least something else. They should always have bacon. The only good part about breakfast was the omelet station.

This property is conveniently located by the 680 Highway. I have stayed numerous times and the hotel has been quiet and the condition of the property has always been excellent. This time around, our room was located next door to 5 boys under the age of 12 or 13 years old. We have been gone most of the day because we were with family for Easter Sunday. We arrived at the hotel around 10 pm. The boys next door were jumping around the room from 10 pm to 11 pm when I decided to call the front desk. Apparently, I was the second person to complain about the noise. Security was sent to the room and the noise stopped for about 30 minutes then started up again for another 10 to 15 minutes then the boys finally stopped. The boys had no adult supervision because the parents were in another room. Your hotel policy should not allow underage children to be in a room without an adult. Thank you Hotel Security for your prompt attention.

Super friendly staff. Great food. Close and convenient to all our needs and wants. Super warm pool and the kids LOVED it!! There was a conference and the people kept asking us to join. They were not taking no for an answer and it was a little annoying.

The fact that the restaurants were closed and they threw a fit about us having outside food, we had a hockey tournament and had late games, it was horrible they came to tell us we could not eat outside food. Then they denied us late check out

The ac is not working at all, the staff didn’t control running around kids and yelling, they were not compassionate about us eating outside food and their restaurants being closed. We were there for a tournament where our kids games are late and we had no choice but to get outside food. Staff were not helpful at all. They gave late check outs to selected people only. Very unfair

This was the worst day of my life! I have always held Embassy Suites to the highest level of impeccable taste, accommodations and amenities. The very first night was a disaster. There was no heat available in the room, we advise the front desk regarding this, basically was suck it up. They sent a portable heater, and gave us extra blankets to stay warm. The first night was like camping outside. With the temperatures dipping so cold outside, the room temperature didn't improve. Refrigerator was bad, we were not given the code for the television. From moment I thought I was staying at a one star hotel. So I guess we did suck it up the first night. Second day, they did replace the refrigerator and had figured out they had given us the wrong remote for the TV. Heater still a problem. So they ended up moving us to another room, where again refrigerator was bad. And the heating was a little better. It felt more that we were roughing it. For what was spent there, there is no excuse for the experience. I will never ever stay at this Embassy Suite in Milpitas ever again!

This was the worst start I have ever had the heater didn’t work so we were freezing all night they offered a space heater that did not work on top of the bad plumbing the sinks were all backed up. I’m requesting a complete refund.

I loved the staff and indoor pool. I did not like not having heat or any air conditioning and having to time when i would have hot water. It is an old property using a wayer boiler and pipe system for heat and water. Very weird.

I like Embassy Suites for my family. This place needs some updating. Carpets were stained which makes it feel dirty. Some paint to cover stains in the bathroom would help as well.

The rooms are vary spacious. When we entered the room we noticed right away that whoever stayed there before us used a plastic bag to cover the smoke detector, probably smokers. Then we noticed a bunch of beer caps and spilled beer all over the balcony. We also had no bedding for the pull out. The hotel was not bad the person assigned to cleaning our room between guests just didn’t do a good job.

Beautiful, Beautiful hotel overall. However, we noticed some rust on the shower rod, which made it a bit difficult to close the shower curtain. The slider door for the bathroom, was damaged, had wood missing, and was off of the track. Bedroom door did not close completely.
