Los gatos hotel is the best hotel that I've ever stayed. I could see and heard small concerts artist to play with violin and guitar sometimes on friday and sunday night so it was very excellant experiance to be able to hear beautiful sound in my room. But swimming pool is very small to swim and I couldn't have a room to see a swiming pool although I made a reservation suite room before. it seemed that they didn't give me any room at a second floor though they had a many avaible room to see a swiming pool at that times.

매우 깔끔, 매우 친절, 매우 청결
청결하고 깔끔하고, 무엇보다 카운터 직원들이 매우 친절합니다. 아침식사를 못해봐서 음식수준은 모르겠으나, 근처에 훌륭한 카페와 식당들이 있고 15~30분정도만 걸어가면 부띠끄샾들이 모여있는곳도 있습니다.

We have stayed here a few times and love the property. For this latest visit, the only thing was that at 4 AM, someone would let out a strange scream about once every few minutes (could have been an unhoused person on the library property which our room overlooked). Kept me up for an hour. Front desk was great (Ashley) and room very clean and spacious and loved our view. Breakfast could use a little something more (apples, banana, croissant and egg bite - not sure what but maybe some muffins?)

The check in was the worst. Waited over 30 minutes to be helped because there is only one computer and the person in front of us had an issue with their reservation. Instead of pulling them aside to check in me and those behind me, they just made us wait standing there with no communication or eye contact. Super poor service.

I’ve stayed here several times over the years. A favorite place, always clean and quiet. This last stay the bed was not in the best shape, it sloped down and disrupted my sleep!

I love the property with beautiful rooms. The most important piece was excellent a high-quality shower. I also made use of the gym and the lobby. A nice classy breakfast was available every day.

The stuff needs to be more friendly but I was very happy with Ashly. They are always late few minutes to set up the breakfast. The rooms with connecting door are NOT quiet.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Los Gatos and found the room and grounds to be lovely. It is a perfect size hotel, cozy and quaint. Housekeeping and cleanliness is outstanding. We loved the high ceilings and balcony.

Kinda old, but nice. Honestly I completely recommend this hotel, I had surgery at Stanford and the only thing I could have after 12:00 was coffee or tea, their coffee machine is junk and didn’t work. Hotel should upgrade to newer Nespresso coffee machine.

Very poor hospitality, very old rooms and non functioning doors etc we ended up leaving and didn’t stay the night because of the poor service and lack of hospitality.

Everything about this hotel was perfect except bedsheets. A little bit itchy for such a nice hotel! We stayed on the Alma suite! It was beautiful

We stayed here over new years of 2023 -2024; the hotel and room is nice; but it had so many niggles that’s it’s hard to recommend outright. There is an underground garage to park in, what they didn’t tell you is that there is a steep ramp going into it, my regular sedan car going slowly bottomed out. For sure I’m not the first to have this happen to. The staff on check in should disclose this problem; and frankly it should be fixed. The room is nicely appointed but lacks interior lighting, it’s really dim when the sun goes down. The shower is made unnecessarily narrow with shower doors handles that encroach on your space. Yes I hit my elbow a couple times. Additionally for such a nice place the mounted shampoo, conditioner and body wash makes this place feel more like cheap hotel. Additionally the drain didn’t work properly and the shower head was disconnected from the wall. The grout in shower is not cleaned well, there was mold formations. The towels were nice. The bed was quite comfortable; the pillows too were good. The dried blood spots on the sheets, not so great and that should have been noticed and not put on the bed. I personally didn’t see it straight away because it was under the duvet and appeared in am when the cover was pulled back. The room had large modern tv, but it lacks the ability to stream from your device to the monitor a bit of a let down. Last point The front desk lacked knowledge on how to split pay at checkout and no mgr was there to help.

THe hotel is beautiful, the rooms are so nicely decorated and not your standard layout. Our room was extremely hot and we could not turn the air below 68 degrees. Staff was friendly, continental breakfast was nice, but could have included more fruit, different types. The hotel is walking distance to any restaurants, shops, anything you need.
